This thing is amazing I wish I had one long ago. Comes with UV protective glasses and the remote works pretty good. Just know that it produces ozone and you have to air that stuff out, expect to not be able to go in that room for a while.

I purchased the light with the intent to get rid of the bad smell in a bedroom that has carpet. Product was well protected in large packaging. They even included a pair of UV glasses for troubleshooting the light (only when needed as there is a 30-second activation timer for safety).GOOD:- The UV light intensity is strong.- 30-second activation timer.- Remote control.- Timers 15 minutes (red light), 30 minutes (green light), 60 minutes (white light).- Produces ozone to get rid of odor. Got rid of the wet carpet smell after 4 hours of continuous running.- Vertical stand design for the light to have large coverage.- Simple interface design with just one button.BAD:- Power chord is too short. I have to use an extension to put it the middle of the small bedroom.- No warning about ozone production. Ozone is not safe, but it is effective to get rid of bad smell, including smoking odor. If you use it to get rid of bad smell, close the door and don’t be near it. Make sure the air is well ventilated before you come in the room.It is a great product. I use it weekly in all bedrooms to make sure we are free of flu virus.

Used this in multiple rooms as we have dogs. Deoderizes well. Dunno about actual sanitizing but it seems to help with my allergies. Remote is a nice feature.
