Tea drinkers perfect travel item
As I am often in a hotel room trying unsuccessfully to make tea that doesn’t taste like coffee I hunted for something that would pack easily and boil water. This is PERFECT. It works well. It has different temperature options. Its compact but heats enough water for my morning tea and then to fill my travel mug. Buy this for yourself or any tea drinker you know!

Super fast kettle
This has been a great kettle for keeping in the RV. I really like the ease of using it and I can use it while my husband is driving down the road. I don’t have to worry about it spilling while heating up. I only gave 4 stars because I wish it held more water. Also you have to have caution while opening since it is under pressure. A few times hot water went everywhere. I know there is a trick to keeping that from happening and it only happened a few times. Just use caution and follow directions.

Great for the traveler
Absolutely wonderful device. Its easy to use and boils water from tap to 212 degrees (max temp) in about 8 minutes . The outside does get warm to the touch but perfectly safe to handle. When its closed it does not spill, even when upside down. Its a good size for a single serving. The power draw should be low enough to use with a small power inverter in my car. Cord is about 2′ long, which is a little short but functional.My only issue is it comes with a water resistant tab for the detachable power cord which can be difficult to lift with short nails, to attach the cord.

Do not purchase unless you plan to return.
Unfortunately, it has decided to not work anymore. Once it is plugged in, it will bounce from temperature to temperature. It worked great when it did.

The kettle I received, could only be set to 212 deg F and it would not heat the water to that temp.
I bought this item so I could heat water to the correct temperature for my espresso coffee and green and oolong teas, each of which is brewed at a different temperature. This particular kettle model, had all the right temps (113°F 175°F 195°F 212°F) that I was looking for. If you watch the video provided by the seller in the listing, it shows that you can just tap the power button to get the four different temperatures. That is NOT how my kettle worked. No matter how many times I tapped the power button, it would toggle only between temp 212 and three dash lines. I tried unplugging it and turning it back on, then trying that again, but the same thing happened each time.When I unwrapped the kettle, I was surprised at how cheap the plastic outer layer was considering how hot it is supposed to get. When I tried heating water at 212 deg F, I waited and waited for almost 9 minutes and I just got warm water. I found the product to be defective so I ended up returning it.
