Make Your Room More Secure
These are easy to use and give you lease of mind. I travel a lot and always worried about door safety. The door is locked into place and it’s incredibly difficult to move. The door stop slam is a secondary protection that is very loud when triggered.

It really does what it says it’s going to do. It gives off a very loud piercing noise. When trying to enter and you set it off, I love it. It’s perfect for an apartment living.

It works but consider your lodging situation
Bought it for an overseas trip. Didn’t anticipate the issue of only one room key for hotel rooms. When my cousin left to have a drink at a corner pub in Italy, I couldn’t secure the door because I needed the key to lock it. I didn’t want to be locked in with no way of escape in an emergency. Using this after I went to sleep would have startled me and the rest of the guests in the vicinity. May be better solution for solo travel however, be careful with batteries in checked luggage and now airlines are cracking down on batteries in carry ons as well. Would I use it for solo travel? A solid maybe. Probably would just take a thick door stop instead.

Great Travel Security Set That’s Lightweight and Reliable
I travel a lot and used to leave my suitcase by the door in hotel rooms, so if anyone tried to come in, it would knock over the suitcase and give me a heads up. This security set is so much better, and honestly, I was skeptical at first. I really only wanted the door stopper, and wasn’t sure how well it would work, but it surprised me.The door stopper is very sensitive and loud! It’s lightweight, so it won’t weigh down your bag, and it runs on a 9-volt battery, which you can easily replace anywhere in the world if needed. I’ll definitely be packing this with me for future trips.As for the portable door lock, it took a little figuring out. I had to watch a video to see how to install it, but once I did, it was easy to use and worked well. The only concern I have is how quickly I could release it if I needed to get out fast, but it does make me feel more secure when I’m somewhere unfamiliar.Overall, it’s a great little travel set to have on hand when you need a little extra peace of mind. I’ll be bringing it along whenever I feel like I need a bit more security.
