Perfect added security! Perfect!
I was doubtful that something so inexpensive would actually work and a little confused about how, but oh my I am SO glad I bought these and will buy more for travel because these are staying in my home! They fit BOTH my bedroom door and my front door! And- they WORK. No one can key or open the door when these are on!My landlord has keyed in on me with no notice; NEVER again! These do EXACTLY what I need and are quick and easy to both set and remove. They are very small and light and come with with a travel pouch, very discreet and will fit in a small purse.Note that they only work on inward closing doors, as most are. Also note that my purpose is NOT to disable my landlord from coming in- which these devices absolutely DO that- I have repeatedly asked my landlord to give proper notice and to give me time to open the door and let them in, because they keyed in on me without notice when I was in bed. I let them in, but they can no longer disregard me and key in on me unaware. This is what you get for doing that, we are 2 females protecting ourselves, as we should. No more keying in on us without even giving us time to open the door to you. I have a cat and this makes us all feel safer.I plan to use these in hotels as well- no more risk of people entering our room while we are there and have asked Do Not Disturb. We can sleep securely without worry at any hour.This product offers SO much peace of mind. And as women- safety! They are durable. I recommend replacing your front door’s short screw with a long reinforced one as well, no one can tell and your door will be much more difficult if not impossible to kick in, and use THIS PRODUCT. As a woman- you can never be too safe, and peace of mind is everything!

Easy to install and works great
These were recommended to me by another traveler. Once I got the hang of installing them, they were really easy to use, and it definitely feels like it adds a lot of extra security to the door. I’m pretty strong and I could not budge it. These are great to travel with to you give you a little piece of mind, or even use around your home. Doesnt fit all hotel doors
Good quality but does NOT fit hotel doors with 3 prongs. Did NOT work in Towne Place Suites.

I use these whenever I’m not at home and sometimes for our front door just for added security.It took practice for me to set it right but it’s easier for me now.Lock quality is good and fits all of the doors in our home and doors at hotels. These are good to have when traveling or in a place that needs security to sleep well.

This product works wonders. I’ve had several instances where my building’s maintenance will storm in whenever they please, without regard to whether the tenant is inside or not. I bought this product to ensure they stop their ridiculous behaviour, and lo and behold, they have.The lock is easy to install and remove and is of high quality. The entire process takes less than five seconds. You also get separate pouches to keep the two locks in, which is very useful for travelling!
