Great quality very durable
been using this for two years on my office ergonomic chair, very soft, and ever since I bought it, my back pain is gone so it serves not only accessory to create comfort but also as a pain relief. After all this time (Keep in mind I use it five days a week), it has not lost its shape, and the cover is washable and has not shrunk.

Perfect cushion, but ‘cooling’ feature is lacking
I love the size, amount of support, comfort level and quality of this cushion! The only downside, in my opinion, is the cooling factor (lack of). This is something I’ve had a really hard time finding. Lots of cushions, including this one, are advertised as having “cooling gel”, yet barely feel cool, if at all. I drive for ride share in a hot/humid climate and to actually have this feature would be pretty “cool” (lol)!

Better and Less Expensive than some
I’ve had a broken tailbone for over 30 years and other back issues. I’ve tried just about everything out there and kept them till they’re worn out. This cushion is thicker than C-lab (less expensive) and more comfortable than anything I’ve recently tried. I usually have a 20-minute limit but was able to sit for an hour at my piano. This if MY pick.

It really works
This seat cushion really works. My sciatica really bothers me when I drive long distances and after putting this on my car seat I did not have any pain . It’s puts your back in a straight position and is comfortable. I highly recommend this seat cushion for any kind of pain sitting for long periods of time

Does Not Retain Shape
I had an accident a few weeks ago that damaged my back, hips, and knees. It was difficult and painful to get up from a sitting position.I got this for two reasons. First, I wanted something thick to raise me higher when arising from a sitting position. Second, by being thick, I wanted one that would be very soft when sitting on it. At first, this met both of my requirements. I became a little concerned when the instructions pointed out that it will conform to your body after a few days of use. I didn’t want one that conformed to me, I wanted one that will return to and retain its shape so that the next time I sit down on it, it will be just as comfortable.It did conform and now it is no longer either soft or thick. It feels like I’m sitting on a hard surface, cutting off the circulation in my legs and rear.My wife said she might want it. But after sitting on it, she felt the same way I did. So I’m going to return it.

Lessened sciatica pain
I ran out of sick days but I wasn’t fully recovered from my slipped disc, pyriformis syndrome, and sciatica. I purchased this cushion to lessen the pain when I was required to sit for prolonged periods. It was very effective. I’ve been carrying it around for work, commutes, and other activities that require sitting for a long time. For those with sciatica pain or lumbar issues, I would recommend this with a lumbar cushion.

Thick, Substantial and Comfortable
The seat cushion is thick, heavy, substantial and comfortable, but it’s also on the expensive side if you were to ask me. I have been using it at the gym while sitting on an exercise bicycle that has a hard plastic seat.
