The height is not adjustable.
It’s comfortable, but the other issue that customers are gonna to run into is that there’s no way to adjust its height. So in my case for instance, when I try to set it, I actually have to kind of push it up with either my hand or my shoulders get it to the right height and then lay my neck back. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Comfy but on the chunky side
This neck pillow feels really nice when you first lean back into it. The gel memory foam is soft but supportive, and the cover keeps it from getting too hot during long drives. It straps onto the seat easily and doesn’t slide around, which is a plus since I’ve had cheaper ones that constantly shift.The catch is that it’s on the thicker side. For me, it worked fine, but depending on your seat position, it can push your head forward more than you’d like. I could see taller drivers or people with certain seat setups not loving that part.

Weight feels solid on the headrest
Been using it on regular drives and it stays put without sliding around. Foam has a bit of heft and molds in slow, giving steady support without flattening out. Strap pulls tight, buckle gives a firm click, and it doesn’t loosen once set. Cover feels smooth on the skin and comes off easy if it needs a wash. It’s a little bulkier than a stock pillow but that makes it feel more secure, not flimsy. Keeps the neck from tightening up after time in the seat.

Installation was straightforward — just strap it onto the headrest. My only suggestion would be to make the padding a bit thicker for extra cushioning.
