Strawberry Watermelon is SO good
Strawberry watermelon is literally SOOO freaking good. I try to drink a few of these a week as someone living in FL with a physical job, just to make sure I’m hydrated. These do the trick and are a great replacement for soda. So flavorful.

It seems to work.. not a miracle product though
I like to drink a few beers some weekends to unwind but for whatever reason it dehydrates me like nobody’s business. Would get a stiff/sore neck before even passing out if I drink more than 4 or 5. Even if I drink a full bottle of water each beer. Last time I did I woke up with a bad headache (also threw up which definitely made the dehydration/headache/stiffness worse) and gave this a try after a few bottles of water. Can’t say for certain if it was just the proximity and it was the water itself that made me feel better but after drinking this within the next 30 minutes the stiffness seemed to alleviate some. That said recently I had a six pack and gave this a try about half-way through. Still woke up with a headache/stiff neck. So it may not be a good preventative measure if taken in advance. I’m just one guy so maybe it’s just me or my luck or something but that’s my story.Taste is really good though. Better than any soft drink (IMO) and probably my 2nd favorite tasting drink I can recall. So it probably works for most people in a casual sense, just don’t expect a miracle I’d say. But who knows.

When you are tired of just water
My doctor recommended hydration drinks. I find some of the rebottled ones oily tasting. This hits the spot for adding hydration. If you want to you can add this to your tea instead of water and it tastes good.

Slight taste review from a neebie
THIS IS THE REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ!This flavor is very good, slight bitterness (VERY minimal if well shook) from the sodium but a real nice kool-aid fruit punch type flavor.The vitamin B is nice and needed if you are sweating and moving around, only problem I have with this product are artificial sugars, which is a given due to it being zero sugar but there are better powders out there, but Celsius is on the cheaper side!

Highly recommend
I tried this brand for the first time, and really like it. It has so much more flavor than other electrolyte brands, Propel, or Crystal Light. I mix some bottles up before I go and do heavy yard work, and I believe this brand has helped me recover quicker.
