Favorite electrolytes!
My favorite electrolytes to drink! And my kids love them too! I don’t go a day without, they help us stay hydrated, and they taste amazing compared to other brands we have tried. I love many of their flavors, and love that the ingredients are clean and safe.

Excellent hydration
I bought this as I’m recovering from hip replacement. I want to make sure I stay hydrated. This flavor is delicious. It’s not too sweet and not too salty. It dissolves easily. I will be purchasing the tub when I’m done with these packets. I highly recommend

I tried the Lemon, Watermelon, and Strawberry-Kiwi flavors of Cure Hydration, and I’m officially a fan—especially if you love that classic Citrix-style citrus taste. The Lemon flavor is my favorite: super refreshing, crisp, and even better over lots of ice. It’s got that clean, electrolyte-rich vibe without being too sweet.Watermelon comes in second for me. It’s light and pleasant, but the flavor is a bit faint—still enjoyable, just not as bold. Strawberry-Kiwi was decent, but didn’t stand out as much.Overall, Cure Hydration delivers a great balance of taste and function. Perfect for post-workout or just staying hydrated throughout the day.

My ATF Electrolyte
I recently bought a membership at a local Finnish sauna, and hydration is key when you dig the heat. I am classically horrible at remembering my water intake, and the sauna had some of this for sale so I tried it.I have used several electrolyte powers over the last 10 years (former Bikram teacher), and this one is the best. I scoured the ingredients list, and no citric acid in it (not even organic)! This is the only one that I can find that doesn’t have artificial colors, flavors, or chemicals. I really like the grapefruit flavor – not too sweet and not sour, and I can’t taste the stevia AT ALL (and usually that gets spit right back out).Not gritty, clumpy or chalky, it is refreshing and, most importantly, IT WORKS! I went from feeling woozy and icky to fantastic in 15 minutes – definitely worth the money to invest in to keep in my bag in case of emergency.

Love this brand, but not this flavor.
I really liked the flavor at first but now I find it too sweet.. However, I am a fan of this brand and do enjoy other flavors way more. I love this brand because it’s effective, low on sugar, and high quality. It works fairly quickly whenever I’m dehydrated and doesn’t smell weird/bad. Will repurchase, just not this flavor.

Great tasting hydration for an active lifestyle
I just started using this & the Berry Pomegranate is my most favorite flavor ever! I’m a line dance teacher & get really sweaty, even in the winter. Now I can stay hydrated all the time & not hate the taste! I also like the coconut water ingredient. This is my go-to from now on.
