Excellent product
Works very well, I recommend this item on Facebook and they should get from Amazon.Complaints on Facebook is they never get it after buying it. Or it does not cleanse the room.Mine cleaned the rooms very well and the mites are gone, we use it every two weeks.

Love this lamp. I bought mine 2 years ago and it is still working well with just a bulb change. I use it in my home daycare for an added layer of cleaning and it has been a true game changer.

shorted out after 2nd use
i have used these two times and on the third time one of the lamps stoped working after shorting out making a popping sound and turning the clear tube white. i took great care when using as they seemed very fragile being made of glass . i stored them in their original packaging so i know they were not damaged due to negligence or misuse. i still have the lamp that produces ozone but i dont always want to use the ozone lamp because that one requires leaving the treatment area untill after the treatment is complete due to the ozone it produces. as a set i cant just return one. thinking i shoiuld not have purchased as ast.

Putting it together and lamp operation
IF you have some arthritis and/or have dexterity issues in holding on to smaller screw drivers and itsy, bitsy, tiny, SCREWS.Please, PLEASE …. let someone else put it together for you. It took me a few minutes to put it together (30+ mins) – kept dropping those screws.YES, they all came in a very small Ziploc baggy and l thought how generous extra screws. NOPE … everyone is used.After putting it together l plugged it in and pressed the ON button … AGAIN nothing, then l used the remote and pressed the 15 min timer, nothing.No BLUE light like in the pictures. Is it broken? They did send an extra bulb so … do l have to undo my tiny, tiny screws and change the bulb out?For the record l did check the bulb before putting on the top and final itsy bitsy Phillips screws.NOW,(1) the instructions were very clear on how to put the unit together – too many screws.(2) they were very clear on the dangers of UV light exposure to eyes, skin, pets and etc …(3) they did a GREAT job warning you on the need to open and ventilate the ozone produced during operation, how length of time, room temperature….BUT turning on the unit NOT SO MUCH….So l pressed the ON button at the base, hit 15 min timer on the remote NOTHING.THEN l pressed the OFF button on the remote and hit the 15 min timer.I got several beeps from the light unit and, … the lamp lit up BLUE like in the pictures.I turned on the vent in the bathroom and closed the door.Sitting here l could smell a little ozone and got a slight headache during the operation time but the headache is gone now.The bathroom smells great. For the record l didn’t see dead dust mites in the floor 😄Still not sure how to operate the light but on the positive side – IT WORKS AND I WILL FIGURE IT OUT EVENTUALLY.Happy with purchase, hoping this helps others.

Work very well
We’ve been using it for a few weeks now and can definitely see the results. We bought it mainly because we have pets at home. During summer when temperatures rise, there’s always a bit of lingering pet odor, and this UVC lamp does a great job eliminating those smells. We also place it in the kitchen, where it really helps eliminate cooking odors after meals—the air quality has noticeably improved. It’s very user-friendly, and the remote control and timer functions are a huge help. Great product—thanks for making this

Good product for bedroom use.
These work great. They really did send two, so one is a backup. Solved our issue in the bedroom carpet in just a few days, but we have continued to use it daily for two weeks just to be used. So easy, so effective.

Apart from being overpriced flimsy thing, this device is of such a poor quality that it didn’t last even 15 min of usage! Power button is still blinking but the lamp is not switching on.
