Effective supplement
I decided to try these ashwagandha gummies with KSM-66 and Vitamin D3 to replace other supplements I was taking (including a probiotic that had ashwagandha). The raspberry flavor is really good and sweet without tasting fake, and there’s just a little herbal aftertaste. I did notice they have 4g of carbohydrate listed but no sugar? That was odd labeling. Based on the sweet taste I assume that means there is 4g of natural sugar in the ingredients while there is 0g added sugar on top of that.After taking these for about a week, I’m really impressed. I like that they’re GMO-free and gluten-free without artificial colors. The gummies are much easier to take than pills.The D3 is nice as it knocks out a separate supplement I take. It is a lower dose of D3 but is enough for my needs and doctor recommendation.The only complaints I have are that the bottle goes pretty fast since you take two gummies a day and of course the 4g “carbohydrate” isn’t ideal. But for everyday stress relief at a reasonable price, these work great. I haven’t had any side effects and I’m planning to keep using them.

The best way to take Ashwagandha.
I’ve been taking ashwagandha for years now and I was really excited to see that these came in a delicious gummy. Not too sweet, but definitely a good flavor. Ashwagandha has helped me with my stress level and anxiety. It also regulates my energy. It just seems to balance me out. I haven’t noticed anything distinct since taking these since it’s been part of my routine for so long, but I would absolutely recommend this version and brand. I also love the other vitamins with that for great immunity against flu season.

Product of China, Awful Taste, Hard Gummies, Nothing but a headache
Absolutely disgusting and hard gummies to chew, I will stick to goli, I could gag from the taste of these, went to look back of bottle to see maybe they were expired, they’re not, but says product of china, maybe that’s why they’re such garbage, doesn’t even make you feel less stressed, or anything besides giving you a headache, I would steer clear of these!

I really liked this Biobor ashwaganda gummies. The tastes is good and I didn’t realize how good these are with helping me to remain calm until I ran out.I need more and will order another bottle.
