These work! I usually get extremely bloated. ESPECIALLY the days before my period. My friend recommended these to me. I’ve taken them every morning for a month now, i visually have noticed a difference. At night before bed, I’m barely bloated/not bloated at all. Even the week before my period!

Finally found the right one at a decent price.
I had messed up my stomach with antibiotics 7 years ago. I have tried countless antibiotics to help heal my stomach and stayed away from certain foods, especially if I would be at work or around others. I’ve spent a lot of money on cleanses, and other probiotics but it’s been a guessing game and a lot of hope trying to find one to help out these uncomfortable and embarrassing conditions. Within about 4 days I noticed things started calming down. I put these on auto ship and I hope to see continued improvement.

This is a really positive review because the Garden of Life Dr Formulated Once Daily 3-in-1 Complete Prebiotics, Postbiotics & Probiotics for Women and Men has some amazing qualities that I absolutely loved. First of all, it’s Non-GMO, which is a huge plus for me as I always prefer natural and organic products. Secondly, the fact that it’s a one-a-day probiotic is incredibly convenient. I don’t have to worry about taking multiple doses throughout the day, and it fits perfectly into my busy schedule. However, there is one area that could be improved, and that’s the packaging. While the product itself is fantastic, the packaging could use a little upgrade to make it more user-friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this probiotic for its great features and effectiveness in reducing gas and bloating. Give it a try and say goodbye to digestive troubles!
