I’ve been using this electrolyte powder for a little over two weeks now, so here’s my honest take.I work out pretty often, and in the summer I run and play basketball a lot. I sweat a ton, and just drinking water never felt like enough ， sometimes I’d even get lightheaded. A friend suggested I try an electrolyte drink, but I didn’t want something loaded with sugar, so I decided to give this sugar-free powder a shot.First off, the packaging is super convenient. Each stick is individually packed, so I can just toss a few in my bag when I’m heading to the gym or to work. Mixing it is easy too ， just dump it in a bottle of water, shake it up, and it’s ready.The flavors are actually better than I expected. All four are pretty light and refreshing, not overly sweet. My favorites are lemon and berry ， they taste especially good right after a workout. The orange and grapefruit are a little milder, but still nice and easy to drink.As for results, I really notice the difference. When I used to just drink water after sweating a lot, I’d still feel kind of drained. With this, I feel rehydrated much quicker ，usually within about 10–15 minutes ， and I don’t get as tired.
