Neat invention – easy to figure out & use.
I’ve took this on many trips. Easy to use, easy to pack to travel with. Even when cruising solo I put this on my door at night.Works great – but only works on doors that swing inward.

I bought 2 and would buy again. It is easy enough to set it up and take it down, seems sturdy enough for my purposes, is very portable, I think the price was fare for what I paid. Keep in mind: This was my experience with this product but may not be yours, hope this helps.

May not work for all doors but great for those it does
The entry door to our place is surrounded by a steel molding inside & outside (similar to many hotel room doors), resulting in the portion of door surrounded by steel to be raised nearly a quarter of an inch. This being the case, the molding & door are not meet flush when doors shut, so the wings on the lock can not be screwed flush up against the door. Felt item wasn’t worth returning since cost so little, gave to family member, works great on their door considering size. Appears to secure door well enough that would still keep door secured should inturder disable lock(s) on door. Door would have to be forcibly kicked in, in order for intruder to enter by that point, which would wake resident(s), to be up & ready to call law enforecent, and to defend themselves with force if need be.

Good product, but it could be a bit longer.
Item could be a bit longer. Kind of tricky trying to hold it in place while closing the door. Would be great if a longer lock woukd be offered for beefier doors. TheIt is a good security addition securing doors that are not used a lot. Pricing us a lot better than what us advertised on Facebook.

Just what I needed
My sunroom addition is a bit old and the doors don’t fit very tightly, so it would be easy for someone to push in through the locked door. This little gadget was exactly what I needed to secure the door. Simple and affordable – works great!

I travel a lot of work and I bought this to give me peace of mind when traveling. So far I have used this at different Hilton hotels and it has worked. I fly with it no problem and haven’t been stopped by security for it. However I have TSA precheck. If I am at a smaller airport like when I flew to Iowa I take it out and put it in a bin. This is perfect for traveling and so far has working on every hilton hotel door I’ve used. I only stay in Hilton brands. I am not sure of other brand hotels.
