Its comfy but the buttons don’t snap in place.
I really like this pillow. Its firm yet soft enough to be comfortable. I bought two, a black & grey one. The black one is perfectly fine but the buttons on the grey pillow don’t snap into place so it makes the pillow loose & my head keeps falling out.

This pillow is just what I needed for watching TV! I would sometimes fall asleep and wake up with a bent neck skewed towards my hunched shoulder.Now if I happen to fall asleep this pillow keeps my neck straight and my head upright. Much better and no crick in my neck!

Hit or miss
My bf and I are traveling soon so I thought Id look for travel neck pillows for the long flight. These were on sale, so I bought 2 in different colors. They arrived in separate packages and one clearly looks better. But for the price, im not surprised. The compressed/flattened one came with the outer, removable, washable covering and a “skin” over the memory foam. Both smell bad. The circular packaged one has the outer, removable, washable covering but nothing covering the filthy, stained memory foam. I returned that one and received an identical, dirty replacement. Too tired to keep this up so I’ll make due with my cheap dirty pillow. At least I can wash the outer covering.

Odor & Mold on pillow
This pillow had an odor when I opened it, I took the cloth cover off of the pillow to wash it and the pillow had black mold all over it so I threw it away. ZERO STARS

Comfortable
Great neck pillow. It makes your neck comfortable while sitting in a recliner and other chairs. I have used it several times a day for a month with no issues. It took 10 days of leaving it out for the smell to go away, but I could also use it with the odor.

Article répondant à mes attentes, il est léger, confortable. Déhoussable facilement afin de laver le tour de cou facilement. Il entre bien dans la housse à laquelle cependant il manque un système pour maintenir le cordon serré.
