The right one! Highly recommended! Very comfortable!
I am very happy I finally found the one! I have been looking for a few years and even tried a few. This is the best one! I found it by chance by looking at video about traveling on you tube. One video was about conference showing new products for traveling. Some bloger was taking interview from multiple stands. I have never heard about this brand but apparently they did alot of testing. Long story short I have trip coming up going to Japan there’s no way I will be on a plane for this long without pillow. So I ordered it. I didn’t have high hopes but construction was promising and that blogger said it was really comfortable in her comments, she tried it on camera. Well I received it today and omg it is sooo comfortable! It is definitely working for the purpose, which I was hoping because it is structured like a brace. Foam on inside is just the right firmness and softness. It is really comfortable. Whole thing is not too heavy nor extremely bulky. It is about 2 fists size and foldable. I like vents and I like structured support. Works perfect for me. The only hesitancy can be for young girls who is obsessed about there looks, as it can push your cheeks a tiny bit up when you resting in it. So if you are about function and no pain in the neck it is the best 100%. If you are about looks I would still try it, because it is soo comfortable and see if you are happy with it. Versatility is good too. I personally didn’t need much of an adjustment, but I liked that you can easily loosen the string on the front.By the way this is NOT paid review. True customer here.

    Feels Custom-Made for My Neck
I was in the market for a solid neck pillow to survive my 16-hour flight to Asia, and I’m so glad I found this product. Unlike traditional neck pillows, this one is thoughtfully designed with two open areas (almost like Spiderman eyes) that allow for better airflow and breathing comfort during long flights. The customized fit makes all the difference—it really cradled my head and supported my neck throughout the journey, which meant I actually got some real rest. Another huge plus is the removable, washable cover. For me, that’s a must-have for hygiene, especially when you consider how many people have used airplane seats before you.On our way back, my husband ended up getting pretty jealous of how comfortable I was and requested one for himself as soon as we got home. This pillow has truly changed the way I travel, and I wouldn’t fly long-haul without it again.

    Works as advertised.
This is without question the most effective “neck pillow” I’ve used. And I use quotations there because it fits more like a C-collar that’s used for cervical spine restraint. But it’s very comfortable and it was very effective of keeping my neck supported during the flight. If you are looking for function over form, you have found it! Some people might think you look weird wearing it though but like I said it works. I would definitely recommended it.

    DON”T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
There should be a ZERO star rating for this product. It is VERY poor quality and did not even hold up to make it on the first trip. I saw people and the Cabeau brand at the airport with a carrying bag, (mine didn’t come with one, maybe it was previously returned). A bag may have prevented it from breaking before I even got on my flight. I called Amazon from the airport to see how I could return it when I got back, or at my destination (Europe) and they said my window to return it was expired before I got back to the USA, so I am stuck with a $60 piece of junk and no way to return it! Not happy. They gave me the phone number to call Cabeau, I left a message and tried to email them – no response. Very poor business practices. They should have made this right for this much money on a cheap made in China product.

    Supportive for neck pain
I’ve been on the hunt for a comfortable neck pillow for a long time. I have neck pain and struggle to find a comfortable and supportive neck pillow. This one is both! It’s soft but also supportive for my neck. Also love the look – more of a luxury design and feel. I can also roll it up to fit in my bag nicely.

Cabeau Evolution X – not yet fully evolved…
I was seeking a good compromise between a cooler neck pillow and good support. Unfortunately, this product doesn’t meet that test for me.Although the Evolution X seems to be of good quality and might very well work for some people, I could not get a comfortable fit. It rode too high on my face, touching the bottom of my ears. FWIW, I am a male 5’8” with an average neck. The concept is good and it is supportive (if anything too supportive). The hard plastic in it is too rigid for my preference.I might have kept it if it were cooler (yes, I know they make a cool version but I thought this would be “cool enough” with more support). I guess that I will have to see how the cool version supports. If it is slightly less supportive but far cooler, then it will be a winner. If not, the quest for a better travel neck pillow will continue.

Best travel pillow for long flights, layovers, car rides!
As a pharmaceutical exec shuttling between the East Coast, West Coast, and Europe, I consider a quality travel pillow essential—especially given how often I endure red-eye flights. This pillow’s standout feature is genuine customization: a quick zip-and-strap adjustment lets find your ideal fit, while shifting the top or bottom lobes dials in neck height precisely. The result is a pillow that adapts to you, not the other way around.Support and comfort are equally strong. The cradled head design kept my head upright, eliminating the dreaded “head bob” and minimizing post-flight neck pain. With a simple cord and ball-lock mechanism, it’s easy to fine-tune support for your preferred sleeping position—even when shifting in a cramped economy seat or against a window. I’ve even used it to nap in the airport while waiting for a flight. Finally, the built-in cooling vents are a thoughtful touch for anyone who runs warm—no more waking up overheated or clammy. For executives and frequent flyers who need red-eyes to be as restful as possible, this pillow delivers comfort, adaptability, and solid value.

it is a very good concept with lots of potential but there are some major flaws one of which is not having enough padding. Wearing it for 5 minutes at home, my shoulder and face started to feel the plastic inside that acts as support. it is definitely not recommended for long flights. it feels like medical neck guard after fastening the front strap. if they increase the padding twice as much I can see it can become very comfortable and practical.Quality of the zipper in the back is very low and its clear it wont last long.and it doesn’t come with any bag our pouch which is very strange for this price tag of travel pillow. They expect you to pay and buy the bag on their website. greedy much?

LOVE this, I’ve tried many travel pillows with very little success but I got a good six hours sleep on a long haul flight with this one (I rarely get more than one hour!) I’m a petite 5ft 4 so the fact that this was so easy to adjust definitely helped!Only downside is that it doesn’t have a bag or a good way to fold it to be smaller

Wow! Absolutely brilliant travel pillow BUT you need to have a medium to long neck. I doubt short necked people will find it comfortable. I’m 6’1″, the fit is perfect but it’s somewhat too large for my 5’2″ wife.
