Cozy and soft!
I would give it 4.5 stars if doable. Only because of the defect that you can see in the photo. The velcro is installed the wrong direction so the tapered ends are opposite of each other. It doesn’t affect it much however. I took it with on a long flight to Iceland and enoyed it more than your typical horse shoe shaped neck pillow

Big win! Absolutely my new favorite neck pillow design for great support!
Hallelujah for whoever invented this kind of neck pillow! This is hands down my favorite design, because it’s super soft and squishy for leaning, but can be wrapped to itself so that it fits your neck *exactly* the way you prefer. The thing rolls up fairly compactly into the included stuff sack – it actually takes up a little less room than the u shaped versions I used previously. What’s truly magnificent is how well it supports my neck in the very slightly tilted angle I like. The only slight issue is the velcro patch – I have to be careful to stick it in position in a way that it doesn’t touch/scratch my face. It is 120% worth that small hassle!!

Very Substantial
The headline is crucial: this item is not a blip in your luggage. I loved its ability to truly hold my head up. My wife thought it was too heavy and tall. We both agreed it warmed your neck up a good deal. That can be great, of course, but not always. I liked the fact that it was somewhat adjustable, so I could opt for tightness (=warmth and support) or looseness (=breathability). I do like it more than the usual foam or bead pillows that just do not support my neck enough, but you have to commit to the bulk of it. It comes with a bag and that is crucial for keeping it compressed and thus small when you check in to a flight. It will expand instantly when out of the bag. Oh, and it also comes with earplugs and a decent sleepmask. Nice additions. If you don’t mind the size/weight, this is a five star item and far better than the usual neck pillow.

My Best Pillow – Finally
Finally, finally found a travel pillow that fits my neck. The memory foam is superb and bounces right back. It’s soft and comfortable. And I can wash the cover if it gets dirty. I have an upcoming trip in November and can’t wait to use my new found friend.I definitely can definitely recommend this pillow.

This travel pillow is comfortable when sleeping during travel. It’s comfortable in every sitting position I’ve tried.I generally keep my travel pillow on during long layovers and while walking around the airport. This pillow is uncomfortable while walking. The corners of the velcro closure pokes my chin and my neck. It’s strange that I have zero problems while sitting…It’s not my go-to travel pillow.

Doesn’t fit everyone’s neck width.
I used this for a trip to Hawaii and it worked great. My husband tried it on before we left and he knew the width of it wouldn’t work for him so we didnt even take it.
