Great case–kept my phone and other things dry and secure
Did great and kept my phone dry while I took lots of photos underwater! The “locking system” used gave me confidence that the seal was secure and would keep out the water. It stood up well to bounding around underwater.I went snorkeling all over Hawaii with these cases and kept everything from my smart phone to my car fob in them. The “air bubbles” made it a bit hard to see the smart phone screen and center my shots underwater, but the security of knowing my phone was safe and dry was worth it. I just took lots of photos and culled through them to separate out the good ones and bad ones. The camera quality through the plastic was excellent–I didn’t notice any impact on the photo quality.Swiping didn’t really work with the “air bubbles” in the way, so I set-up my lock screen shortcuts across the bottom to do what I needed while underwater–which was just camera and video anyway.The neck lanyard didn’t feel secure, so I purchased an adjustable wrist lanyard to use instead. That kept my phone/camera near my hand, and it didn’t matter if I had to let my phone go to do something (like get on my fins). I did use the neck lanyard for my car fob and just tucked it inside my suit to secure it.I noticed a lot of “professionals” were using this same case to keep their smart phones dry.

Love the waterproof pouch!
Used this waterproof pouch at the pool with friends and it worked great! My phone stayed completely dry, and I was able to take really clear photos and videos underwater. The touchscreen still worked fine, which made it super easy to use. It even floats on the water, which gives me extra peace of mind. Overall, it worked better than I expected, perfect for pool days or vacations! I’m going on a cruise soon and will definitely be bringing it with me!

The waterproof pouch is an outstanding find! When I submerged it in water, it performed exceptionally well, staying completely dry inside. I can’t wait to give it a real workout on a beach vacation or during a fun day at the water park. Its durability is impressive, and it’s a breeze to use. Versital and functional
Worked perfectly to keep my phone dry amd sand free from the beaches. The strap was also long enough to anchor my phone to my life vest while swimming in open water. The strap was short enough to wrap around my wrist while playing in the waves.I have an s24 the under water picture quality was ok. My partner has an iphone 14 their under waters were pretty good. The case works for both models easily.

Keep sea and chlorine water out of your phone!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:PSA: smart phones can get messed up by salt or chlorinated water. The solution is a case like this. I’ve bought 3 different Torras phone cases so it’s a brand I trust and we’ll be going to the water park soon so this is much needed. Easily fits an iPhone 15 or Pixel 8 and it has little air sacs so it floats!! Camera takes clean pictures in the case I can’t wait to use this in a few weeks!Touch screen:Works like a charm!Durability:Good clasps to keep water outPhone protection:Dipped the water under running water, nothing came through.

I went swimming with a tissue in this case and not a drop of water seeped in. I was able to take really great pictures on my trip to Greenland and and NW passage and protect my iPhone. Great product.

I recently tried the TORRAS IPX8 Waterproof Phone Pouch, and overall, I’m quite impressed with its design and performance.Overall, the TORRAS IPX8 Waterproof Phone Pouch delivers excellent protection and usability, making it a reliable choice for water activities. With a small improvement to the locking mechanism, it would be close to perfect.Pros:- The pouch is built with solid construction, which immediately gives me confidence to place my phone inside without worry. The locking system feels extremely secure yet remains easy to open and close.- Screen clarity is excellent. Even though the rubber material directly touches both the display and camera lenses, it remains transparent enough for clear visuals and usable touch response.- The most important feature—the waterproofing—is outstanding. Not a single drop of water made it inside the pouch during my tests, which left me very satisfied and reassured.- The included lanyard is practical and comfortable. It’s sturdy, adjustable, and lets me wear the pouch in the way that best fits my activities.Areas for improvement:- The click-lock mechanism could be made more durable. Although careful handling prevents issues, the plastic pieces feel like they could break over time. Enhancing the internal components would make the product more reliable and extend its lifespan. This does not impact the main waterproof functionality, but it’s a detail TORRAS should consider for future versions.- The test that indicates the side of use depending on “Overwater touch side” and Underwater touch side” needs to be more readable, clearer text, maybe changing the color of the text to white or orange.In the picture, you can see how the size of the product compares to an Apple TV remote.
