Tasty way to help get away from Soda drinking!
Tastes so good! While it does have a small amount of sugar, it’s no where near as much as sodas. For me it helps take the edge off my intense sugar bomb soda cravings!Really really like these Hydration packets! I’ll be getting more and more and more!

Good Hydration
This hydration drink is very tasty. I bought it as it was recommended by an iFit Trainer and I wanted to try it. However, I think that it is a little overpriced considering you only get 16 packets, most drinks give you 30 packets for about the same price or a little more. Just be advised (I tried the Strawberry flavor) and while it does have a lot of good things (vitamins, etc) in it, just be aware that it also has 500 mg of sodium. However, I will say that it does not taste salty like others that I have tried with that amount of sodium. So you make your own decision as now I am going to try another brand with way less sodium and some more natural ingredients and see how that works.

These were gifted to me by someone who knows I love my electrolytes. So good! I’ve purchased a few more bags. I haven’t tried the greens, energy, or sleep ones, but I’m sure they’re great too!

Great Electrolyte Powder!
This is a great product. My only complaint is that they can maybe get the powder to a finer product. Granules seem to be left in my glass after I drink it.

CHECK INGREDIENTS BEFORE YOU BUY.
I bought this product without doing a thorough check of ingredients because it was advertised on a Health page. I feel very foolish because it is any but healthy for you ! One of the ingredients is 550mg of sodium. It says underneath that it is Pink Himalayan Salt which according to my Doctor is just as bad for you as regular salt.
