Great product at a great price. Works perfectly for my small room.
I’ve been using this UV sanitizer light for a few weeks now and it’s quickly become part of my cleaning routine. The setup was straightforward – just screw it into a standard lamp socket and you’re good to go. The remote control is a huge plus since you obviously need to leave the room while it’s running.The timer function works great with options for 15, 30, or 60 minutes depending on the room size. I typically use the 30-minute setting for my living room which is about 200 square feet, and it seems effective. The motion sensor is quite sensitive – it beeps and shuts off immediately if anyone enters the room, which is reassuring from a safety perspective. Just make sure you turn off fans and close windows as even those movements can trigger the sensor.What I appreciate most is not having to use chemical cleaners as frequently. There’s no way to “see” it working of course, but the room definitely feels fresher afterward. The sensor can be a bit too sensitive sometimes, shutting off when nothing seems to be moving. Also worth noting that you’ll need to buy AAA batteries for the remote separately. Overall, it’s become a useful addition to my home cleaning arsenal, especially during cold and flu season.

Changing myUpdated Review:First, I have to give 5 stars for the excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days. Initially, I planned to return my product after it stopped working following just one use.Unfortunately, due to vacation and business travel, I missed the Amazon return window. I reached out to the seller to see if they would still accept a return, and they were incredibly helpful. They worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and offered to send replacement bulbs. Communication was great throughout the process. When I finally received the shipment, I didn’t have a chance to open and test it until weeks later due to more travel. To my surprise, they had sent a full replacement unit, not just the bulbs. So far, it’s working —time will tell if it lasts beyond just one use…………………………….I tested the product for 15 minutes and it worked well. However, when I tried it for 30 minutes, it only worked once.I believe I may have received a defective unit, as it does not seem to be suitable for a large room but rather for a smaller space like a bathroom. I did not notice any significant impact from the product other than a metallic smell in the room.

Here’s the KEY to get it to work.U can’t even have a FAN going around in the room!! Or a kid OR EVEN a DOG or a Roomba!!Hit the on o with – ( in case U live in a red state) Then hit the amount of time. It will beepa few times to get moving out of the room! NOW..can someone tell me why I canceled Prime & my ALEX’S WENT DOWN??? lmao

I bought two for the better deal.one will turn on for a few seconds, the other, not at all. They make their beeps and their boops and the little blue lights turn on, but the actual UV light will not. Did not try them until after it was too late to return them.

I don’t know what trips the motion sensor but it’s too sensitive. Turns off all the time. Even in a room with a closed door.

I love this sanitizer. Just remember to not have anything alive in the room when you use it, just as the instructions say. I used it in our apartment while we were gone for a few days and came back to no mosquitoes or flies in here. it smelled fresh too

Not worth the money.
It’s easy to use with a sleek design. There’s a remote control in the picture, but mine did not include one, nor was I expecting one. It’s lightweight and so I do not know how durable it is. From the pictures, it looks like it spins, but you’re not supposed to be in the room when it is in use. So I cannot confirm if it spins or how bright it is. The power button is bright. Honestly, I don’t know if this really does anything at all. I have some mold in the tub caulking, which from a video animation I saw, it’s supposed to be able to get rid of that. Granted I don’t use it everyday, but I have not noticed any difference in the months that I’ve had it. Most likely, it was a waste of money and I would not recommend this.
