You can mix your own electrolytes, but these are a godsend when fasting
Saltt electrolytes have been a godsend to my fasting regimen. I was mixing my own no salt (potassium), pink Himalayan salt and magnesium regularly, but I wanted something with some flavor. Beware if you take these on the go, you’ll need a pair of scissors. They don’t tear open and the contents get stuck in the tiny opening. When you go over 24 hours water fasting, electrolytes are a must. I try to get in three packets a day when water fasting. Saltt has saved my sanity a little and helped me stay on my fasts. Sometimes I add these to home carbonated water so I feel fancy, but it’s not necessary.I only wish they made beef stock and chicken stock flavors, similar to bullion cubes, so I can have these at dinner time. I’ve ordered the cocoa flavors and I’m looking forward to them arriving. I mix one packet into my 25 ounce insulated straw cups. These are listed in order from what I liked best, to what I didn’t enjoy.1- Endless Summer – not sure what this flavor is, but I like it. It’s a little like a lighter fruit punch. My favorite out of all of them.2- Lemon Lime- love this flavor, second favorite to Endless Summer. I could make my own using real lemon and/ or lime juice, but it’s a great idea to add real lemon or lime to it anyway. You need the vitamin C from real lemon and lime for cell repair.3- Zesty Orange – Definitely some Tang flavor in there. I’ll order this again.4- Booyah Berry – I’ll buy this flavor again. It’s good. Light, berry saltiness.5- Groovy Grapefruit – surprisingly pretty good. The citrus undertones work well with the salt. That said, not my favorite. Considering how expensive these are, I won’t order this flavor again.6 – Cherry Chill – Takes me back to cherry cough syrup. I love the flavor of cherry. This, I don’t love. Found it disgusting.7 – Mondo Melon – I don’t really care for it. In my opinion, disgusting. My least favorite flavor, and considering I hadn’t eaten in three days when I most flavors are a thrill, not good.

Top hydration packets
All the flavors are amazing in this. I run quite a bit and exercise at the fire station quite a bit in the gear so this hits the spot after every heavy workout! Solid 5 stars! No reason to go lower but the ONLY issue I’ve seen was the “endless summer” flavor tasted like garbage. All other flavors are amazing except that one. Truly any other review that says other are crap are out of their minds. I drink this daily and only the endless summer has made me gag, regardless it’s still 5 stars.

Worth it, even with one weird flavor
We switched from LMNT to Saltt to save money and ended up liking most of the flavors even better. Clean taste, dissolves fast, and great value.The only miss was BOOYAH Berry— both my husband and I thought it smelled and tasted a little rancid.But this multi-flavor pack only has a couple of those, so it’s still absolutely worth getting.Great LMNT alternative overall. We’d buy again and just skip that one flavor.

I really like the salty taste and the fruity flavors a lot, and to me it’s comparable to another popular brand that also has a salty taste. I liked the caramel flavor that goes in hot water. I like that the price is reasonable too.

Great company!!
My original review required amending, because the seller went above and beyond to, not only ensure I received a replacement but to explain why the product quality may have been less than. They responded within hours of my message to them, and shipped me a replacement right away. I will be sticking with SALTT for my electrolyte needs.This is the second bag of SALTT I’ve purchased. The first bag was great. The powder in the packets in this bag had hardened, and the flavors don’t taste anything like the previous bag or the flavor they’re meant to. They taste like chemicals. I attempted to return for a replacement, but the order was not eligible for replacement because it had been opened. So, I just threw $30 in the garbage. I switched from another brand to try to save some money, but the lack of consistent quality and inability to return actually cost me money instead.

THIS IS MELTED BUTTERSCOTCH CANDIES and you can’t convince me otherwise. The most delicious electrolytes I’ve ever had and I’m a runner. More than enough sodium, makes me feel super hydrated and is so so yummy. No chunks or graininess.

I bought it to compare against it my usual go-to: LMNTSALTT is VERY sweet, which was a big surprise. If that’s your thing, you’ll enjoy it, as they have a big range of flavors.Also, the sachet opening is kinda busted, need to use scissors.

Great product, slow shipping.
Only reason for not a 5 star is when you order it, it takes forever to actually ship in the first place. For someone who uses it daily, it is difficult to predict when to order so I don’t end up running out before the shipment arrives. I ordered this yesterday morning, early, over 24 hours and I still have no idea if it will arrive on time or not. Product is great! Clean ingredients, good tasting and effective while costing less than the leading brand in this space while providing nearly the same amount of electrolytes. Just wish they could at least ship it out a little more efficiently.

I’m pleasantly surprised at how good these are! Even though I hate the taste of stevia in things, if you get it cold enough it makes it much better! The variety of flavours in this pack are really nice too so you’re not drinking the same thing all the time! If I’m finding them too salty, adding more water really helps! Highly recommend for other POTS heads!
