These locks are nice! Love that it keeps ammo box or gun box tightly shut, but can also be used for luggage, backpacks etc.

Looks like great sturdy locks. I received them in a plastic bag with no instructions on how to change the combination. I really like them and located a video on YouTube to learn how to change the combination.

Perfect Locks for any Gun Case
Love these locks. Easy to set your combination. They are large enough to fit a full-sized rifle case. They have a hearty weight to them and are well-made. The ability to cinch the lock pin down to the exact height of your case opening means that the case can’t be opened even a sliver as with traditional padlock designs. So no potential TSA issues. Combined with my VEVOR 42-inch Rifle Case, these locks provide perfect safety and security.

Default code may not be set right
This lock on first look will do. The issue I have is that the instructions not very clear and they assume that the manufacturer set the default codes to 000. BEWARE IF YOU TRY AND TEST IT WITH THE DEFAULT SETTINGS;THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THE DEFAULT CODE IS NOT 000. This happened to me. One of the locks was set correctly and worked per the instructions. The other lock unfortunately was not set to the default code. So when I tried it out by licking it and then using the default code of 000 it didn’t unlock. Now I’m pissed. The instructions don’t say how to combat this and so now I have a lock I can’t use it unlock because some idiot can’t do their job properly and set the default code right.This gets a one star because their quality department needs work sending out a product that suits not meet standards…. Unless this is the standard.
