Great for ASD eloping children
Worked well, was easy to use, and I had peace of mind taking my two autistic children to the beach on vacation and they couldn’t wander off in the middle of the night. Safety is a big priority for us, and the fact that there is the key lock is perfect. Highly recommend for families in situations similar to ours, and would also be great for families of people with alzheimer’s or dementia. Finding this lock was a literal life saver for us. Also, you can’t put a price on safety but the fact we got these locks for under $20 was also a great thing for us too, I don’t work as my kids are disabled so it really helped not having to break the bank just to keep them safe. It’s very small and the pouch it came in made it very easy to transport. Worth every penny!

This product looks promising but none of the pins fit, they are all cut too large. Don’t bother with this.

Great door lock no screws needed
Such a great idea Lock works better than expected. My father has dementia and has been going outside in the middle of the night. Not anymore!! What I really like about it is that you don’t have to put any screws in the door or door jam.

Smart Little Lock, Just Not a Fit for Our Door
My son just moved into his first college apartment with several roommates, and he wanted a way to lock his room from the outside since he isn’t allowed to change the lock. I thought this device would be a great solution.Unfortunately, it didn’t work for his particular door. It requires enough clearance to slide the metal rod in place, and his door didn’t have the space. That said, it feels sturdy and well made, and I think it could be very useful in the right setting.It might be an ideal option for a little extra protection while traveling or staying in a hotel. For us, it wasn’t the right fit, but the idea is clever.

I liked it, but
I liked the concept and I think it has a very good quality build to it. However, the bar was not long enough for the thickness of my door. However, the product seems to work as expected would it had not been for that inconvenience.

Pins do not fit
Overall the locking part of this works, but the pins to put in the holes are too large. Disappointing.
