I want to give like 15 stars!!!!Before I bought this item, I purchased in item from a different internet company, it was a hassle to send it back!!!I bought a different item from Amazon and they were very happy to take it back because I found no relief at all and in about 45 seconds… I felt my butt and my L leg going numb.I got this one and even though I didnt see the words doctor recommended!!!!!This one has alot of quality!there is only one thing that I could add, even though it has no problems at all…. but maybe add about 2-3 more inches in the thickness.But….now some background.I have alot going on with my body, I do not like the word conditions….. I like the word labels.I have problems with….scoliocious of the lumbarsciaticabone spursarthritistwo disks too close togetherI have not gone to church in a very very long time, except for I think 3 x, and that was just to take the sacrament (bread and water) and then go home with my walker. I would not stay an listens to the songs or 3 people that would give talks or share their thoughts.I have spend alot of my day in bed-sitting up when I have company or watching tv, because I sit in a computer chair or a chair that leans back and has a foot stool.Now, I am up for several hours during the day-before I go back to bed…. like get up about 6;30 am and take a shower and do my day and then about 3:15 pm I will go back to bed for a few hours and then I am back up till 9:30 pm.So maybe if it was a few inches thicker, I would be able to stay up all day long.It is a very good price!I think how soft/firm is very good, maybe a little firmer, but not very much.I think that I said everything except…..Dont look at the ones that say dr recommended or look at spending more money on a different one, except MAYBE if I was in a wheelchair, then I would think about spending the money for the one that sounds like the brand of software for a tv.But that is a very extreme situation!Amazon, please do not reject this review because of my last comment!This is am amazing product and will not let you down!

Nice ..BUT..
It’s very comfortable but it doesn’t sit well in the smaller Dodge truck seat. I feel lopsided. I will use it in the house instead so I’m happy I have it when sciatica acts up.

This seat cushion surpassed my expectations. I have lower back pain and we watch a lot of sporting events sitting on the bleachers. Before this cushion i couldn’t stay sitting for very long. With this cushion I can sit through the whole game. Very happy with this purchase !

ce coussin arrive extremement compacté enroulé, il faut lui laisser 30 minutes et il retrouve sa forme initial, ça a été le cas pour moi.Niveau amélioration du confort, j’ai une chaise songmics bas de gamme j’avais mal aux fesses, et bien c’est beaucoup mieux. J’irai pas jusqu’a dire que c’est le paradis mais ca améliore bien le confort sur la durée, je l’ai eu a 23 euros je pense que ça les vaux.
