This is THE ONE to get !
I have been suffering with cervical neck pain and could find no relief. I tried all kinds of pillows including an expensive purple pillow. They actually made it worse. I bought this pillow and when I first saw it I was unsure if there was anything special about but but let me assure you it is special. It holds my head straight in alignment with my body. My head feels like it is cradled by some heavenly cloud supporting it. The first night I slept with this pillow I slept for 11 hours straight without moving. Talk about sound sleep! Believe me this pillow is great if you suffer from neck or upper back pain. By day 2 my pain was gone!!! I am sold on this pillow and will continue to buy more if this one wears out. Buy it, you won’t be sorry. Also the cover on the pillow is very comfy and soft, there is a zipper on the back so you can take it off and wash it.

This pillow has been a life changer for me. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years to try to find relief for a cervical injury I received in a car accident in 1997. I’ve had pillows that have helped some; but nothing ever totally relieved the pain I would feel each and every night and each and every morning.I have been sleeping on this pillow since November 2024. I’m a heavyset woman and require one that actually fits my body and it does. It allows my neck to be fully supported as well as the back of my head. I sleep with a CPAP and generally start out on my back. I usually roll over to my side at some point during the night. This pillow actually offers exceptional support in that position as well. Due to the pinched nerves in my cervical spine when I lay down on my back on other pillows, I would notice my right arm would begin the tingling that occurs when a limb is falling asleep. With this pillow, there is no transition to a sleepy limb. I fall asleep quickly, and I stay asleep all night.In response to others stating that it’s rock hard or as hard as a cement brick. I do admit it is quite a firm pillow. But it is memory foam. As you lay on the pillow and your body heat warms the memory foam it begins to cradle you with support. I sleep on a memory foam mattress and notice in the winter it’s quite hard when I first lay down. Within a few minutes, it begins to cradle my body. This pillow works the same way. I have never experienced it going flat as others have expressed. It does however do what memory foam does which is wrap you in comfort.I would say the only negative is that it is memory foam and it does heat up. If you’re looking for a cooling pillow, this is not the one. If you’re looking for a support pillow for your neck, back & shoulders, this is absolutely the one!I have spent more than twice this amount of money for a pillow only to be disappointed in the end. I highly recommend this pillow at this price. It is well worth the money.

Pillow comes flat – be patient
I have only had the pillow for a short time and slept on it for about three days. I do think it is helping make a difference in how my neck feels. I need to give it more time to fully tell if it is beneficial. I will come back and amend my review next month.The pillow took a couple of days to get into shape. It comes rolled up and flattened out.Today I received an email from the seller with the below tip/information. I wish this information was included in the box because I was concerned the pillow I got was a dud since it took so long to puff up to normal size.”Once unrolled, the pillow may appear flat, please pat down & massage the pillow with some force to activate the memory foam and help it regain its intended shape. Stomach sleepers only
My wife bought this since she’s a side and back sleeper, but she hated it. She woke up with a stiff neck because it was so slim and didn’t feel supportive enough for her. It was past the return date, so being the awesome husband I am, I traded pillows with her. I’m a stomach sleeper, so I decided to give it a try and I actually sleep just fine with it. Since it’s so slim, it feels better for my neck when sleeping on my stomach. I’m transitioning to being a side sleeper, so once I get better at that, I’ll probably get a different pillow.

Flimsy and not supportive
The description states that this pillow is “extra dense”. That is definitely NOT the case! I have had several neck and back surgeries and I need a firm cervical pillow. This one is absolute junk! If you want a flat piece of flimsy foam, then this pillow is for you. If you need real cervical support I would highly caution you NOT to purchase this pillow! Very disappointed. The company needs to correct the description of this pillow in my opinion.

Best pillow I’ve ever used!
My absolute favorite pillow! I’ve tried so many over the years, but this one is far superior to them all. It works so well that I have stopped going to my chiropractor. If my neck feels a little stiff, I’ll lie on my back using the ramp side to support my neck for about 20 – 30 minutes (as suggested by the official instructions). Then I’ll spin it around 180 degrees (horizontally) for side sleeping. Yes, it’s very firm but that’s the point. It needs to be in order to properly cradle your head and neck. Definitely recommend.
