Perfect for long car rides
The back pillow is really nice, but when I try to use both, my neck doesn’t reach the pillow..that may just be me. They are really soft and the lumbar pillow offers me the support I need when driving as my back bothers me greatly.

The head piece I use as a pillow for car naps. The pillow is not comfortable to use for me personally. The lumbar support works relatively well. The pieces are both firm and could have been better designed for human curves.

For comfort, I need lumbar support while sitting in the car, and the clever ergonomic design of these concave three-point-contact waist and neck high-quality memory-foam Cushions ( see photo ) was intriguing. I am very impressed with the design, fit & finish, and responsiveness of this Cushion for neck, lumbar & lower spine curvature support, and highly recommend them.A zipper is provided in the back of this 15.74” (40cm) x 11.8” (30cm) x 4.9” (12.5cn) thick back Cushion, to enable removal of the machine washable fabric cover. A zipper, as well as a securing-strap, are integrated into the neck Cushion. A storage bag is also included ( see photo).

When it first arrived I was like wow is this thin and light. I am a bus driver on some really rough plant roads and was quite surprised how well it worked. My previous back pillow was made of foam and was quite bulky and pushed me to much towards the steering wheel. This one easily fits into my backpack unlike the foam one. I like that it is compact and made of gel like material so is also light. It provides good relief on the sore spots. I just wish it was maybe larger and had straps to secure it in place as it moved around while I was driving or adjusting my position. If I could get this product with a seat and back support in my piece it would be awesome. I have no problem recommending it.

My outback wilderness model has the worst headrest I had on any car. This headrest fits nicely and gives me a much need rest while driving long rides. Nice soft material. I havent use the seat rest yet, but its the same strong material. Long lasting, definitely worth the price.

I got the AZNZKEZHU Car Headrest & Lumbar Support set because my 2024 Prius Prime’s lumbar support doesn’t meet my wife’s need. Per my wife, this set is a noticeable improvement in seating comfort. The ergonomic design provides support for both the neck and lower back, which was beneficial on a long trip we took recently.The memory foam construction provides a good balance of firmness and give, contouring to one’s body shape without feeling overly soft. The covers are breathable and can be removed for cleaning, which is a practical feature for maintaining hygiene. Installation is straightforward, and the cushions generally stay in place once adjusted.While the cushions offer a definite comfort upgrade over standard car seats, I found the support to be a bit too pronounced in certain areas. The “one size fits all” approach may not be ideal for every user, and a slightly more adjustable system could enhance the overall experience.

The cushion is memory foam and seems firm until you lean against it. The pillow goes very flat so it feels like almost nothing on your back. Also needs to be higher for my back. I needed to pull it up off the seat to be in the right spot. On the plus side the neck pillow is firm enough and hits just the right spot when leaning back on long drives. If the lumbar was firmer and did not almost flaten this would be much better.
