My hubby needed a mug
Overall a good quality product. Holds the temperature of hot & cold beverages for several hours. Comfortable to hold; nice size; fits in drink holder in the vehicle. Good color options on the website. The mug is easy to clean; the lid can be a challenge because of the complex design. Functionality–Had to drill another hole into the lid to keep the beverage from overflowing while drinking.

Great cup crappy lid cannot clean it properly, problem fixed
UPDATE ON LID. I spoke with the company about the lid and my concerns. At first, they sent me a ridiculous procedure to remove the lid to clean it. 😐. I wrote back and said this was more ridiculous than the fact that I cannot clean the lid. The company showed great customer service and heard what I was saying. Apparently, I was not the first. They issued credit for the cup because I purchased new lids to replace the lid that I could not clean. This was superior customer service. Thank youThe cup is great the lid you cannot clean it properly. Which means it will get bacteria and mold inside, which can make you sick. To clean this lid means one thing. It has to be soaked clean with either baking soda and vinegar or bleach. Pure cheap ( Y ) 💩You can see the coffee and cream stains inside, which are also crusty. It does not open to clean. Pretty gross when you think about it.I had to buy different lids that can be removed, opened, and cleaned. That is total 🐂💩
