Great mug at a affordable price!
I’m really happy with this coffee mug, it’s compact, easy to carry, and keeps my coffee hot for a long time. The seal holds up well and prevents any spills, which is perfect for commuting or working at my desk. Definitely worth it for the price!

Excellent Travel Mug – love the high quality!
This is my second time buying the Contigo West Loop, and for good reason. My first one lasted about 5 years of daily use before the seal around the drinking spout finally started to wear down. That kind of durability is rare in a travel mug.The insulation is fantastic—it keeps my coffee hot for hours, which is a lifesaver on long commutes. The AUTOSEAL lid really does its job: it seals tight, doesn’t leak, evenl if i toss it in a bag. The design is sleek, easy to clean, and comfortable to hold.After using many other travel mugs over the years, I keep coming back to this one. If you want something reliable, leakproof, and long-lasting, this is it. Highly recommend!

I already have a couple of these travel mugs. I recently ordered these because the ones I have are my all time favorite for several reasons. First, they actually do what they’re supposed to. They actually keep hot things hot and cold things cold for at least 2 or 3 hours. Yes, that ought to be a given, but I’ve tried too many that don’t. Second, the locking feature really works; they don’t leak. Period. And third, they’re the perfect size. They hold enough coffee for even a coffee nut like me. Plus they fit in the dishwasher. (I have one from the same company that has to be hand washed because it’s so tall.) Finally they’re durable. As I said before, I already have two. I’ve had them for years, and they still look great. (There’s a very small paint chip on one; the other’s still perfect.) So I didn’t need to replace the ones I have. I bought them to replace others that don’t work nearly so well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely love these – keeps coffee hot and doesn’t spill
I’ve used this version of Contigo travel mugs for years and love them. They keep coffee hot for hours (literally all morning), particularly if you use hot water to warm the mug before adding coffee. The ease of one-handed use and the ability to prevent spills is why I love these mugs. These are so reliable (if you use the lock on the top of the lid) that you can toss these full with coffee into a backpack and not really have to worry about a spill. Of course, I’ve had a few occasions where I didn’t remember to lock the top and when the backpack tipped over, the push button to release the top valve so you can drink was pressed and I did get coffee everywhere. However, if you remember to use the lock that is unlikely to happen. I’ve dropped these so many times I can’t count – they haven’t broken. The lid has an interal mechanism that you lift up to allow for cleaning. Super easy to do. I even throw these in the top rack of my dishwasher to clean (lids included) and haven’t really had any problems. Note: Instructions say not to wash the ones wrapped in a colored film in the dishwasher. I do anyway. At some point, after years of dishwashing the plastic film may start to separate (mine did) and then you’re left with a stainless steel mug — no big deal. These are way better than the style of lids that you have to lift a cover up with every sip and then stap it back into place. You can even fill these with water, lock the lid in place and then turn it upside down and shake and at most you’ll get a drop or two that was in the sipping mechanism but you’ll be surprised that there’s virtually no leakage at all. In fact, if you don’t take a sip first and start with a dry lid, you’ll likely get no leakage at all even with aggressive shaking (think of the shaking that a bartended does with a mixed drink). I can’t recommend these enough. The only thing I will say is that the latest version has a slightly different (almost negligible) measurement that makes them not sit properly in my car’s coffee holder. Older versions of this same mug did not have this issue, so there must be a slight change in the width of the base of the newer mugs. If you use the mug in the car, I recommend testing it before use — if it doesn’t sit well, then you can return it.

I bought these to replace others I’d had for eight or nine years. I’ve done a fair amount of research, and questioned many friends, and Contigos are certainly among the best-quality travel bottles on the market.Sadly I lost the cap for one, and broke the other. Unfortunately Contigo no longer has replacements for that size. (Yeah… they do the Apple thing, slightly changing the circumference of different models, so you can only get replacement caps for so long. Grrr).They are very good quality, and have a double lock system that allows you to throw them upside-down into a bag with no leaks. I’m a senior woman with smallish hands, and find these comfortable to hold.They will keep hot drinks warm, if not fully hot, for four to six hours They keep cold drinks cold for quite a bit longer.The taste and smell of coffee, tea and milk does stick in the plastic caps. I find the best cleaning method, by far, to be the dishwasher. The soaking methods suggested in the instructions do help some, but not fully. I keep one cap reserved and labeled for tea only, otherwise the taste of coffee that lingers in the cover spoils the taste of the tea.If you carry tea or coffee with milk, do make sure to rinse or wash the cap ASAP. I travel for 15-16 hours at a stretch, so I make an effort to store the bottle right-side-up, to keep the milk from going bad in the cap by the end of my very long day.

I have spent many hours researching travel mugs, so I could finally have a leak free hot latte every morning when I commute to work. This was the winner. With this leak free AUTO SEAL mechanism , a Mercedes of coffee mugs. It was expensive too, minimum £25 so I decided to wait an order one on AMAZON US half the price including the delivery . I even ordered extra one for my partner. While I was waiting I bought a budget HIWILL Double Walled Vacuum Insulated Travel Coffee Mug, for ten pounds. I chose the smaller size for my son and was using it while waiting for Contigo. Yes it was too small for a large latte but leak proof and hot for hours!!! When contigo 2.0 arrived it was impressive but heavy. The auto seal works well and it’s easy to clean. It’s bigger than Hiwill but that’s what I wanted, Unfortunately coffee loose the temperature very quickly. Having been using the hiwill I could feel huge difference. No more hot coffee on my desk when I arrive to work. So disappointed….I am considering sending them back , but it will be to US … UPDATE: After few hit and misses with latte temperature and rinsing the cup with boiling water to make it hot I have no issues with the right temperature for at least 3 hours ! A win!

They keep the coffee or any hot beverage hot for a very long time.Does not leak even if you don’t lock the top.Easy to clean either by hand or dishwasher.Very durable and love the new colours.
