Perfect for travel. Sets inside itself for compact travel
Love love this! Bought it for a trip to save coffee money and loved it so good I brought it on an overseas trip. Was my survival tool! I bought the instant latte mixes and boiled the water in it. I didn’t understand the directions but just kept pushing buttons until it started to boil 😆 my picture has it setting on stove but no stove is needed. Just plug in.

Beware of the dreaded boil over!
Let’s just say this kettle boils water fast and fits in a suit case. But dear mercy its dangerous. I needed a compact and travel safe kettle to take on vacation this year. This seemed like the perfect kettle because it’s small, comes apart, stacks within itself and travels nicely inside my suitcase and was a very reasonable price. But this kettle does not have an auto shut off and will continue to hard boil until you unplug it. I have no doubt but what you could make ramen or other soup in it simply because it boils fast and keep boiling. If you fill this kettle to the max amount as indicated on the interior wall which would be enough to make two large cups of coffee, and put the lid on it it’s going to boil over and if you don’t stand right with it your whole counter is going to be covered with boiling water. Tje kettle also would spit and sputter out the spout which could scald you if you’re not careful . So I wound up having to boil the water in the kettle with the lid off to keep it from boiling over. The boild over is not as bad when you’re boiling small amounts of water. The display on the front of this kettle is quite confusing and didn’t seem to work the way that the instructions said or maybe the instructions just werent very clear. Did this kettle work for boiling water to make my coffee? Yes it certainly did however I found it to be quite dangerous and much care must be taken if you’re going to use this unit. It’s very portable and convenient to travel with and it heats up and boils water very fast however I’m not certain that those qualities are worth exchanging safety over. If you purchase this unit don’t walk away from it and leave it unattended and be careful of the splash out and boil over. It worked for what I needed but if I was purchasing again, it would not be this kettle.

I love the ease and speed of electric kettles, and always miss mine when traveling or camping. My usual one isn’t practical for anywhere but home, as it is glass and has a large, round shape. This little kettle is the answer to that. It has several features that made it instant love for me.1–the inside water/food contact areas are all stainless steel, so nothing you will consume ever touches plastic2–has a “keep warm” feature, so if you use half the water inside and want to go back for more, you don’t have to run the boil cycle again. You can also use this to heat/keep warm broth or soup.3–the portability! The cord wraps into the base, the base fits inside the unit (once dry), and the handles fold in. It even comes with a little drawstring bag.I filled to just below the fill line, and the water came to a nice boil with no spitting or boilover.I got this for traveling in hotels and for when we take out the RV, to eliminate the need for boiling water with an open flame, but it works so well that it would be perfect for anyone with a small kitchen or who makes smaller servings of heated liquid and doesn’t need a huge kettle.

Inaccurate product description
Beware! The product description is inaccurate or misleading. This kettle does not shut off automatically as virtually every other electric kettle seems to. The “temperature control” doesn’t work as you’d expect: you can only set the keep-warm temperature, not the temperature that the water is heated to; per the instructions, there is no difference between the “Boil water” and “Boil tea” buttons – both will boil the water and then maintain the temp at the set value, not what you actually want when you’re trying to steep tea at a temp below boiling.

I recently purchased the 0.8L Portable Travel Electric Kettle, and I’m really impressed! It’s compact and lightweight, perfect for travel. The stainless steel design feels sturdy, and the collapsible feature makes it super easy to pack. I love the temperature control; it allows me to heat water to just the right temperature for tea or coffee. It boils water quickly, and I’ve had no issues with leaks. Overall, it’s a fantastic little kettle that adds convenience to my travel routine!

Nice, small size. Not really “foldable”. Returned due to temperatures being in celsius. There are similar, competitively priced electric kettles out there in farenheit for the United States market. The user guide did not say it was possible to switch….

Very convenient product!
This is great! I got this so I could keep it in my office and make tea and soups as needed without having to run all over the place to get the necessary items. I can fill this from my counter top water filter and boil water without having to leave my office. This item is very convenient and doesn’t break the bank at less than $30 and they sometimes offer coupons for extra savings. Be careful though as the fill line seems a little high and it did boil over once. So, now I know not to fill it to the fill line. If you are just warming the food or drink then the fill line is probably fine.
