GREAT hat, water resistant, WIDE brim means much more SHADE! I live in the Yucatan peninsula it’s VERY HOT & this hat is AWESOME!!! I DONT leave home without it!I recommend it if you’re trying to BLOCK SUN!

Lightweight and breathable
Lightweight and breathable. Comfortable to wear and the chin strap keeps hat from blowing off your head on windy days at the beach. Quality fabric and good stitching. Keeps sun off my face. I bought the light blue color to match my eyes and it’s just as pictured. I love that it’s foldable so I can pack it in my beach tote until needed.

Nice hat but not for people with larger heads
Nice hat, great price! However, it was too small for my head. My head circumference is approximately 24 1/4″. Also, there is not much “depth” to the hat – won’t be very much empty space above the head to buffer from the sun/heat.

Great golf hat
Played golf in this hat and it started pouring. It isn’t listed as waterproof but this hat does a pretty good job repelling water, at least when it’s new. The brim is a good 3.9” which is pretty good, but not like the ones in Japan/Korea with even bigger brims. This brim doesn’t have wires but feels like cardboard is what shapes the brim and prevents it from collapsing in the wind. The chin strap prevents the hat from flying off, and the crown part of the hat fits my entire head. We needed a black hat to match for a tournament but there are lots of nice colors you can choose from.

Very cool and comfortable
This hat is amazing I love it. I’ve come in the house and forgot to take it off for quite awhile it’s so cool and comfortable if you are looking for a comfortable hat that won’t make you hot this is it.

Above average hat
Overall I like this hat. It’s wide enough to block the sun from my face as I’ve had several skin cancer and pre-skin cancer items removed. The breathable holes in it are up high enough so my forehead is still protected and they blend in really well and are not noticeable as other hats I looked at. My hat size is 7 1/4 and this hat fits pretty snug therefore I do not have to use the tightening strap in the back so take that into consideration when purchasing it. Maybe it will stretch out some in time but I don’t know yet. It came folded in half in a very flat box and I’ve had to store it inside out in hopes of removing the two distinct creases in it. Otherwise, it was a good selection for me and I would buy it again.
