Nice for goody bags
These small pull back cars are a nice option for birthday goody bags, they well-made but don’t expect to have die-cast cars. The internal mechanism is made of plastic and the cover is made if metal sheet, the designs are painted in the cars and you have enough varieties for your party.The manufacture of the car is well made, I did not see any sharp edges despite is made of metal sheet. Of course is light weight and need to be careful to not to pull back too much to avoid damage to the mechanism. One impressive thing is that they move really fast and with good traction. I tested these with a flexible long racetrack and they hold very well, even the cars can go uphill with that racetrack.Well recommended beginners car before the die-cast ones.

These are nice little cars for the price. I was looking for bulk metal cars, but plastic may have been more durable because the metal of these is very thin. Even so, for the price they’re a nice little toy.

Think thick aluminum foil
While these are technically metal don’t get your hopes up for name brand quality. They are hollow so very light and will dent easily. Since these are about thirty cents a piece it’s not terrible if giving as trick or treat item, party favor etc but this won’t work on the flexible ramp we just bought. I knew I was gambling on them being decent for the price, but them stating “metal” several times really got me hopeful they’d be generic but good enough for toddler. I am going to take a shot at adding some small weights inside to see if that will help, if not, we can give as stocking stuffer to our older son. There is a small tab that sticks out where the metal slides into the plastic wheel base, this is not crazy sharp, but it could be hazard to little ones. So please be careful if letting younger kids play with them.Update: noticed there is space for the metal tabs to be pushed flat and out of the way. Maybe mine just missed that step in production…so check before you gift and push flush. I bent it with just my fingers. You dont need tools.

This car toy set keeps my daughter entertained for a long time. I like that it comes with many cars, so I can rotate them, and she doesn’t get bored easily. They’re lightweight and easy to carry anywhere. The colors are nice, though I wish there were more car designs. Overall, they work well and are fun for everyday play.
