Very Firm Pillows
Great for Lumbar Back Support which is what I use them for, but I get many uses out of these pillows. Good for Neck, and even knee elevation. Love the design and firmness of these pillows. Great value

Not firm enough
I had to return it. It was not as firm as another brand that I bought in a medical supply store. I need the firmness for my back support. Otherwise it was well made, and might do the trick if you don’t need very firm back support.
