Great for travel
It is very helpful to corral keys, jewelry, phone in a secure place on a hotel night stand, so I think these are great. When it’s time to go, unsnap each corner and it flattens to fit in the suitcase. No panicky search for your wallet!

Well constructed, durable
Great travel tray, this is the 3rd one of this model that I have purchased. The other 2 are over 5 years old and still look good as new. Easy to pack, easy to snap/unsnap the corners, perfect thickness to be lightweight yet thick enough to be stable. Great for jewelry, phone, room keys, etc. when traveling.

No lost earrings this trip!
I can’t remember the last time I didn’t lose jewelry on vacation. Tiny hoops left on the bathroom counter, studs left on the nightstand. Not only did this corral my jewelry, there was a significant reduction in time spent looking for sunglasses, room cards and other small items. The snaps are very tight but study and it stays together. unsnaps for packing. This tray is permanent part of my travel supplies from now on.

Cheap Fabric but Paper Slot is Nice
This is canvas and I don’t think it looks as nice as the imitation leather I was expecting. The interior is a 2nd piece of canvas and the bottom wrinkles when the corners are snapped. Wouldn’t have in my house but it does the job for travel. It holds holds a phone, sunglasses & a watch or keys comfortably. And I love the slot that holds an envelope, card, passport or whatever upright & visible.

I Use Mine On Every Trip!
This is the second Magellan tray that I’ve purchased. My first one was in a bag that was stolen while traveling and I loved it so much that I had to replace it. Because this unsnaps to become flat, it is lightweight and easily slides into the laptop section of my backpack. Once I get to my hotel, I snap the corners together, set it on the nightstand and place all my little fiddly things inside of it…jewelry, lip balm, glasses, AirPods, ear plugs, etc. The shallow pocket that runs the length of one of the long sides is perfect for holding your room key, cash, and ID. With this tray, I know that when it’s time to pack up all of my stuff is in one place and I’m not worried something rolled off the counter or that I forgot my earrings. Like other reviewers, I also had a problem with one of the four snaps on my previous tray (after months of use it stopped snapping together), but it didn’t stop me being able to use it. All four snaps worked on the new one at time of receipt. If you travel a lot like me, this is a very helpful organizational tool!

Folds flat for packing and snaps corners to contain your stuff
Put this in my suitcase so I can dump out my pocket litter every evening and find it all in the morning. Make its easier to notice if I attempt to leave anything behind before I check out at the end.
