Best hydration and gentle detox support
The taste surprised me in the best way—light, clean, and genuinely refreshing. It’s become something I look forward to drinking every day. Since starting it, my energy feels steadier, my workouts feel stronger, and I recover noticeably faster. I’ve even noticed less puffiness, which was an unexpected bonus.I love that it combines hydration and gentle detox support in one simple step. It doesn’t feel like ‘just another supplement’—it actually feels like something that’s improving my routine and how I feel day to day.

Decent flavor, doesn’t dissolve fully in water
My first impression: this had a saltier flavor than I expected. It doesn’t ruin the taste, it just wasn’t something I’ve experienced before. It also has a citrus flavor and some sweetness to it. It’s palatable, but not super tasty.I cannot attest to the impact this is having on my liver – I’m not a medical professional, and am not doing the best at taking care of my health and staying in tune with my body. However it doesn’t seem to be hurting anything at the very least. The salty flavor makes sense when you look at the ingredient list. It has 20% of the daily value of sodium. This makes sense for hydration, but definitely impacts the taste. It might also impact how difficult it is to mix into water. You can mix most of it in with water, but there always seems to be some sitting at the bottom of the glass. I typically use half a packet at a time (as I do with water flavoring packets and the like), and even then, there is some that sits at the bottom of the glass. That’s probably my biggest complaint about this – I’d prefer not to have to stir it around every few sips.I’d like recommend this to someone who has trouble staying hydrated or needs some liver support – but not to someone just looking to flavor their water.

Refreshing citrus flavor electrolyte powder that is formulated to support your liver.
I found this electrolyte powder to be refreshing and hydrating when combined with water. This electrolyte at first mixed a little clumpy (see picture). However, after stirring it well, the drink mixed together properly and I was able to drink it. I appreciate that this company uses stevia instead of sugar. It gave the drink a sweet but not sickening sweet, citrus taste. There are thirty packets in each bag. This will give you thirty days of electrolyte hydration.I was pleasantly surprised to see this is formulated to support your liver wellness. Most people find it useful to have ingredients included specifically to gently cleanse and support your liver. This is a huge benefit for people that wish to have something that will support their health at this level. I need to take this for a longer period of time to realize the possible full benefits of a formula like this one. I can say that I believe that this is a great product. So far, I am feeling energetic taking this electrolyte and liver support. I do believe that this is a great way to support your health. It is worth the price.

a blend of electrolytes, vitamins, and botanicals
I tried the Liver Hydration Packets to see whether they would make a noticeable difference in my hydration routine. The citrus flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, which is a plus for anyone who prefers lighter-tasting electrolyte mixes. The packets mix fairly well in water, though I did notice a bit of settling at the bottom if I didn’t shake or stir thoroughly. The product includes a blend of electrolytes, vitamins, and botanicals aimed at supporting hydration and general wellness. While I can’t personally confirm any specific health benefits, the ingredient list is clean and seems thoughtfully formulated. Some users may appreciate that it contains no added sugar. As for effectiveness, I felt generally hydrated when using it, similar to other electrolyte powders I’ve tried. I didn’t experience any dramatic changes, but I also didn’t have any negative side effects. It’s convenient to use, especially for workouts or as an afternoon pick-me-up.Overall, this seems like a well-formulated option for those looking for an electrolyte drink with additional herbal ingredients. Whether the liver-support elements make a noticeable difference may vary from person to person.

Stevia aftertaste is overpowering, hard to mix
This product clearly aims to compete with Liquid IV, which I like a lot and have been using for a while, so my review is mostly comparing them. I like how UpWellness is not as sweet as liquid IV. It’s still way too sweet in my opinion (Instructions say to mix one packet into 12-18 oz of water, I mixed it into 30oz, and it was still too sweet, but I split liquid IV packets into 2 and mix each half into 30oz of water, so this product isn’t as sweet). However, the stevia aftertaste is way too strong on this, especially compared to the citrus notes, which are not very pronounced. So you get a lot of sweetness and not a lot of flavor in each sip.Mixing it into cold water is way harder. With Liquid IV, I simply have to swirl the powder and water around for 20 seconds in my tumbler, and it’s pretty much done. In this case, even after shaking it quite a lot, some of the powder still remained stuck at the bottom of the tumbler.Lastly, the price seems to be on the higher side. Liquid IV sells at roughly $1 per serving, while this product (at the time of writing this review) is listed at $50 for 30 servings.I like to keep multiple electrolyte powder packets on hand and rotate between them, so I don’t get bored with any particular flavor, and I will probably keep using this one (I may add actual lemon squeeze to enhance the citrus flavor and negate some of the sweetness), but I don’t see myself buying it again.
