Great Compression Socks
I have been buying and using these for several years. The sizes shown are right on the mark. Make sure you have the right fit and they will have the compression you would expect. Because they are 30-40 on the compression they take some time to out on. It goes quickly once you learn how. The price is excellent for compression socks. A great buy if you need compression socks. The tan and the black are made the same.

I’m a night shift surgical tech so I’m constantly on my feet, but also scrubbed in for surgery, which gets hot very quickly when scrubbed in. I was looking for something that was lightweight and very breathable, but also kept me from looking like I had pregnant ankles post Night Shift. I am a 9 1/2 shoe size and ordered the medium. They are slightly tight, but I appreciated that. When putting on for the first time, it was difficult, but I’m sure with time they will stretch out more and last awhile. Will definitely not overheat and get sweaty and I will finally be able to wear compression stockings to work again. Definitely recommend for healthcare and loved that it was HSA approved. Feels more like very heavy pantyhose versus normal socks.

Let me begin by saying I am overweight and have back issues which make it difficult to put socks on or take them off. I needed to use a butler device to get these on; there is no device to help get them off. I followed the sizing chart and they seemed to do me rather well… until one ripped while I was pulling it up. But, still, I managed to get them on and wore them. The tear should not have happened. The compression seemed okay. What did happen and was much worse is the top band of the sock felt like is was cutting into my flesh. I think it rolled and the darn thing hurt. I think if the top band was made differently, wider band with less compression up there so it didn’t cut into my flesh, it would be better. So, this thing is “cutting” into my flesh and I try and take them off. Between my weight and back issues, I could only bring the sock part way down my calf. So this compression sock was now doubled over on itself and really tight. The band was now lower on my calf and cutting into me even worse. (No, it did not cut my flesh, but certainly felt like it might, it hurt that much. Not good. I managed to get home and had to cut the damn things off because they were so difficult to remove. So, do they compress? Yes. But, if you have difficulty reaching down to the very end of your foot so you can put them on and take them off like a woman does with her nylons, you may face the struggle I did trying to get them off. No fun and you may want to reconsider. Certainly not for me. Amazon sells a graduated compression vital sock that I found to be a good balance of compression and ease of dressing or removal.

Work well and stay in place
This is second pair of these purchased and about to start replacing my Jobst circulation socks with these if quality stays consistent. The toe box is a little odd, but once on it feels fine and has not given me any problems. They hold fit throughout long days on my feet, which is an issue with most other brands for me. Wish they had some normal looking socks, but with higher quality at such a low price, I can handle the thinner socks. Highly recommend.

Weird fit… runs small but plus size is way too long
These were incredibly hard to get on when I ordered my size + 1 size up according to the chart. I got them on with some fighting so a second size up might have worked. BUT then these socks were nonsensically long. The heel part came up past my ankle, and the socks were so tall that they came up to my thigh and then rolled down in a very uncomfortable way, or I would have to bunch them down which just doesn’t work for compression wear. I’m 5’5″ and wear size 10.5 shoes lol. I ordered the largest size 3x despite my calf measurement being in the 2x range.

Durable, high quality stockings
These are good quality stockings – they don’t stretch out quickly and lose compression like some of the cheaper socks do. I’ll keep buying these as I need them.

Toe area is weird but besides that they worked really well. My toes also swoll up but not my whole leg this time

So far I’ve been very unlucky when it comes to support stockings. Won’t be buying any off Amazon any longer. This particular pair served well, felt exceptionally firm and strong, but for only about a week after which it basically teared to shreds for no apparent reason. Couldn’t even get the seller to respond to my messages, let alone even consider a refund or a replacement. Very unhappy with the buy.

I have the small size 30-40 mmHg and they are great. Tight, well made. A built tall for me (I’m 5’6″) but totally wearable. I now own 7 pairs because these are a reasonable price and actually work.

I measured it correctly and once my order arrived and tried it on, it went halfway up my knee and couldn’t wear it because it was compressing on my knee and was painful. I’ve ordered from the same company the same types of compression socks and they fit perfectly. Apparently these are called compression stockings and not socks
