Overall good product
This is a perfect portable bottle to keep water warm for baby’s bottles. Our baby will not drink her bottle unless it’s hot. This was a great solution! I love that you can use a usb cord or the normal heavy duty cord. It heats quickly when using the heavy cord and slightly longer with the usb cord. We only use the lowest temp setting so not sure about using for hotter temps. There are Only 2 negatives….it is not cordless…to take it on the go I have to take a battery pack with us and keep it plugged into that to keep the water warm. And, the water capacity is not as big as I had hoped. I still have to take extra water with me when running errands to ensure we have enough for the day.I use it every night by the bed for night time bottles and it is great! Some nights I have to refill it to ensure I have enough hot water to make it through the whole night.Overall a good product for the price

Will be a game changer for international flight with a baby
Wish I had this with my first born! So convenient and lightweight for the size. There are other products like this but they don’t support both usb-c for warming and boiling with 120v at the same time. I’m gonna bring this to my 14hr flight with my baby. Wish me luck lol

Confusing product purchase page.
Good product, however the product page was confusing telling me the product I was buying has USB-C charging port in addition to 120 v but I received without the USB-C. When I thought of returning, I learned on a different page that USB-C model had lesser temperature settings, so I kept what I received. Other than that the product is excellent. I wish I had all temperature settings with USB-C when I received it the 1st time.

Nice design, not sturdy
The concept is convenient, being able to make hot water in a hotel or conference room. Unfortunately, not sturdy in that the plug cover fell off after only 2 trips. There doesn’t appear to be any access to service to get a replacement part.
