Disappointed
I received this product with haphazard patches sewn on where Velcro, or some kind of closure should be. There is no way for this to stay around your neck. It just falls off.

Good quality but bulky
I got this after reading rave reviews. I agree the quality is great and I love that it wraps around your neck and velcros well. The memory foam is very comfortable. However, it was just too thick for my neck. I found it bulky and uncomfortable when using it for longer than a couple minutes.

Love the memory foam and velcro closure
So, actually this is really great. Folds up really small, not much bigger than my blow up neck pillow. I like the memory foam inside, it’s super soft and molds to your head shape. It can velcro to close and to fit any size neck/head. I like that the velco makes it stay in place unlike the traditional blow up neck pillow that I had before. Wife likes it too!
