Very comfortable.
I just traveled on a 14 hour flight and this pillow came very much handy.It is very comfortable and fits perfectly around the neck.Definitely recommend everyone to get this pillow specifically if anyone travels on long haul flights.

Doesn’t fit at all
This neck pillow is completely different from the promotion. It can’t fit tightly around the neck at all and slides down as soon as I lower my head. I took it off after wearing it for a few minutes during the last long trip; it was not comfortable at all. I spent money but bought a useless thing. I will never repurchase it and will never recommend it to friends.

Terrible wearing experience
This neck pillow has a terrible wearing experience. It not only fails to relax the neck but also makes it more tired. No matter how I adjust my posture, I feel uncomfortable. I took it off after wearing it for less than ten minutes on the high-speed rail. I spent money but bought something annoying. I don’t recommend it at all.
