Portable Car Kettle — 16 oz personal water boil unit for tea / coffee making on the go
This heating water thermos is well worth the investment. It is super easy to use and has multiple settings for use. It works good for steeping tea on the setting of 176F and if using the coffee steeping packets it works best on 212F. It came with a auto lighter plug-in cord that makes it great for on the go. The size of the cup is about 16 ounces and it takes about 25 minutes to fully heat the water to the selected temperatures. The unit looks very nice to be a “kettle” boiler almost appearing to be a thermos cup so it is very inconspicuous if you choose to leave it in your vehicle. I had no issues with it so far and it didn’t leak when heating up which was a small concern I had in reference to pressure building up while heating. The unit is not designed to store coffee or tea already prepared due to the heating element could be compromised over time with build up residue from beverages. It came with a couple packs of lemon citron cleaning solution which works very well. After several uses so far it still works with no apparent change in the temperatures being reached properly. – Very useful cup for folks that work all day in a vehicle or a person that travels a lot. Will definitely buy another one of these.

Not worth it it’s cheap and that’s what you get
Horrible the plug burned me when i unplugged it after it took forever to get hot my car charger for cell phone does NOT get hot the metal piece and the cover for the port doesn’t stay closed well

The USB does not work
Damn, Even after I read the reviews I encountered that the usb does not work it makes a beeping sound. I put it in the wall and I put it with a battery and nothing.It boils but there is a catch to it it works only with the wall plug.I made champurrado; Milk, chocolate, corn based, cinnamon and sugar and it did not boiled. I have to put it 3 times until the water boiled. I waited a couple of minutes until the machine cooled down.The issue here is that they were small quantities of each product, enough to make one serving.But I do like the grosor of the bottle but it does not maintain the water hot for long and if you closed try to close the tap right away it will take some effort because of the water pressure so I had to wait until the pressing got lower but it is hard to open.The amount of water is like 2 regular cups of a regular coffe cup, more or less.I should have listened to the people that say that the usb does not work.Other than. That you can use it to boil the water.This item is good if you are in a hotel and any other place that has enwrgy outlets.Don’t trust the usb!
