The pillow itself is soft and comfortable. It comes with a little bag, you can roll the pillow up and store it in so it doesn’t take way less room like the old style one. I test it when sitting on my couch, it gives neck good support,Overall, it works great. I’m Very pleased with the value of the pillow and the quality.

Very Portable Neck Pillow
This neck pillow is pretty nice, it’s very portable, since you can just wrap it up into a big ball and clip it to your luggage or backpack on the go. It has decent support for the neck and is relatively sturdy around the neck, doesn’t move around too much, unless you move it. I found that moving the rear end of the pillow to the side/shoulder I lay my head on adds more support. Overall, it’s a good neck pillow, especially when factoring in the portability of it, it doesn’t get too hot or too cold either on the plane. Used it for my 13 hours international flight.

Awesome Travel Pillow – a Game Changer!
Have been looking for an adjustable, compact pillow that would be comfortable around my spouse’s neck/chin for a long flight. We tested it for several 2-3 hour car rides, taking naps in the lounge chair and then washed it. This neck travel pillow exceeded our expectations! (We’ve tried other brands and third times a charm!) Full 360 neck support, super comfortable, soft, breathable, adjustable, washes well and is compact. The Large is about 5″ in height and contoured. Can’t wait to enjoy a comfortable flight, waking up refreshed without any neck issues.

This is my first time getting a memory foam neck pillow, can’t believe how comfy it is! Very easy to store and love the travel bag that comes with it and it makes it super easy to travel with. It feels like a soft collar and gives additional support to my neck. Looks very durable. What’s more, I could take the cover off and wash it to keep it clean!
