Good camera for the price
I purchased this cam for my alaskan cruise early next year. Its easy to use. The one thing i dont like is scanning the code everytime i open the app. Not the best picture but it still really nice for the price. The battery last longer. I like the size of this cam. I give it 5 stars

Less than impressive stabilization but plenty of positives nonetheless.
After using this camera for a while now I feel it has a number of good points that are somewhat dulled by its shortcomings. The camera comes with a large and impressive assortment of accessories including a waterproof housing for the detachable camera. The removable camera is a great feature that makes getting some interesting and unique shots possible or just easier when compared to traditional action cameras. The clip mount makes this a breeze as you can cip it on to the top, bottom or side of any number of things and get a different view point without the time consuming setting up of a mount on a difficult surface. The wireless handle let’s you view the feed from the camera without needing to open an app or fiddle with your phone. The camera has some downsides and shortcoming that are disappointing however. The in ability to set camera settings manually means you’ll often capture video at less than ideal shutter speeds. The stabilization is also a weak point when compared to the competition. Combined with the lack of setting options you tend to get much more shaky footage than would be ideal which is also hard to eliminate in software because the frames themselves aren’t clear as they could be. There is also a pretty bad rolling shutter that gives footage shot with a significant amount of movement a pronounced jello effect. With these issues known about its possible to minimize or mitigate the effects in footage to some degree. The lack of an option to record in LOG is also a limitation for me but an understandable one that isn’t too big of an issue. The battery life is okay but I have mostly used it with the camera detached from the handle which no doubt drains battery quicker due to the wireless connection. When attached to the base I believe it’s much better from what I have experienced. I have found a lot of uses for this camera that my other action cameras simply won’t work for. The light weight and small size combined with the clip mount allow footage that I can’t get with any of the other cameras I own. This has been a positive addition to my arsenal even with the shortcomings it has. I’ve been impressed with the usefulness of the camera and it’s unique design and features.

Do not get this. It can barely record in a low light room. Not good quality at all. Just splurge and get the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 it’s so freaking worth it.

Great little convenient and powerful travel camera
This 4K pocket handheld camera is impressive. I wanted something small enough to take everywhere but powerful enough to replace my old bulky action cam—and this one absolutely delivered. The 4K footage is crystal clear, and the 6-axis stabilization is helpful. Even when I’m walking, biking, or filming the video stays smooth and steady. Connection was simple to set up and stayed connectedThe 2.29” touch screen is surprisingly responsive and makes navigating settings super easy. I also love that the battery actually lasts. I took it out for a full day of hiking and still had plenty of charge left.Being waterproof is another huge plus. I tested it in the pool and on a short beach trip, and it handled everything without fogging or glitching. For such a compact camera, it really does feel like a professional setup in your pocket.If you want a lightweight, travel-friendly camera that shoots gorgeous, stable footage, this is worth every penny. I’m genuinely thrilled with it!

Great design, image quality, battery life…this one is a winner all around
I’ve been using the SJCAM C400 for a few weeks and overall I’m impressed with how versatile it is. It records 4K video at 30fps and handles other resolutions like 2.7K (1440p) and 1080p (120fps) nicely.Here’s what stood out to me:What I like:The large, rotating 2.29” touchscreen is a great touch for framing shots, especially when I’m vlogging or using unconventional mounting angles. The footage looks clean and the wide 154° field of view gives me flexibility.The battery life is very good for 4K recording. I’ve recorded for extended periods without needing to swap. The modular design (camera + handle) helps with usability.I like that it comes with the accessories needed for travel, mounting, and outdoor use (waterproof case, mounts etc) which made it easier to use right out of the box.What could be better:The stabilization is good (six-axis gyro) but when I’m walking fast or on very rough terrain I still see some motion blur or judder. It’s not as rock solid as top-tier gimballed cameras.The interface and menus feel decent but in bright sunlight the screen is a bit harder to see, so adjusting settings outdoors takes a little more effort.While the waterproof housing works well for diving or wet conditions, the form factor becomes a bit tedious with the housing.Bottom line:I like this camera a lot. If you’re a content creator, traveler, biker, or anyone who wants a flexible 4K action camera without spending ridiculous amounts of money, this is a solid pick.
