Never knew these existed until I saw them on Strava. I’m a heavy sweater and this helps to keep me hydrated. Its easy to take while on a run or race. These also have a good flavor. No Stomach ache. Chewable so don’t have to swallow mid run. No cramps since taking it

Always have SaltStick FastChews with me for every workout – running, long bikes rides, pilates, skiing and hiking (great to share with my kids also). They taste like sweet tarts and are not salty. Favorite flavors: green apple, lime & berry.

Trying these out for pregnancy induced POTS
So far so good. I have not been diagnosed with POTS, but my second pregnancy has gifted me with all the distinct conditions. The only thing that improves my symptoms is BodyArmor IV drinks and a heap of soy sauce on my meal. Tons and tons of water is also required. These are pretty low in sodium, but a good supplement alongside meals and such. The flavor is like sour candy if taken with water. Without water, it’s very strong with a bitter aftertaste. I imagine I may go through these quite fast. I hope they make a noticeable difference in the coming days.

Shipping: It arrived the first day it was estimated to arrive (there was a 12 day window so I was extremely impressed by this,) and packaging was appropriate for the size while being protected very well. I’m actually going to go out of my way to thank the seller because this is not common in the online shipping world. I believe it was Niagara Cycle Inc. They also included an invoice with lots of good information on it which is always a nice touch. It makes me feel like I matter.Product: Taste is wonderful and light. You wouldn’t know this is an electrolyte product. It tastes like a Sweet Tart candy. It takes maybe 3 bites to completely chew and swallow it and is about the size of a thumb nail. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to replenish during a race or some sort of event. It’s not chalky and you won’t need anything to wash it down with. The serving size is two chews. If lime isn’t your cup of tea, I believe they also have orange flavoured chews.I was giving this a try since I use the traditional capsules, and use it for a chronic illness that requires a substantially increased salt intake (18x the recommended amount for normal adults) and this would he helpful for when I am on the go, or simply not able to take a large pill and drink water. I will definitely be keeping this on hand. I am thoroughly pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
