game changer for headaches/migraines
i use these because i get serious migraines and they are kind of a game changer for staying hydrated… i used to just carry around sports drinks but i love being able to just stick these in my bag! i do think they work really well, they definitely have saved me a lot of pain. My one thing is the taste of the watermelon ones can be sort of surprising at first bc it’s strong, but ultimately you get used to it and it’s well worth all pros even if you don’t love the taste (in my opinion at least)

Watermelon flavor = eck
I have used the salt tablets previously in the lemon lime, I thought to expand the flavor & went for a watermelon.Big mistake on my end….I can not take the watermelon flavor electrolytes w/o having hives everywhere…I’ll go back to the lemon lime flavor!

Great taste & super convenient
These actually taste pretty darn good. There is of course a very strong salt taste after the initial flavor, but that’s to be expected from a product called SaltStick. I prefer these chewable tabs over something I have to mix in water. I can very quickly chew 2 of these and be golden. You can also leave them in your mouth and suck on them. And the salty aftertaste encourages you to drink anyway!

Easiest and tastiest
I love the fast chews for all my runs especially in the summer. I used to get a headache every time after a long run but if I chew one of these about every 30 minutes I have no issues. They taste great and don’t bother my stomach at all.
