5+ Stars for this product! I first had this when one of my daughter in laws included it in the get-ready-bags for us girls. Tried it and immediately ordered some. Very fine powder, mixes easily with water.TASTE: Amazing. Crisp, clean. Both tart and very slightly sweet all at the same time. Tastes like a bright Spring morning, it’s sunshine in liquid form. Love it!BENEFITS: Noticeable!- EASES WATER RETENTION: For me, it’s slightly diuretic. Don’t drink this before a long drive or walking into a theater unless you’ll have an easy opportunity to find a bathroom to pee. I actually like the mild diuretic benefits – I tend to retain water very easily and drinking this daily keeps my water retention much less of an issue.- HYDRATION:. Absolutely hydrating. It’s been very hot and humid here and drinking this after a long fitness walk or working in the yard is game changer. Perfect for sports, amusement park days, pool days, post a night-out. Excellent to have on hand.- NON CAFFIENE PICK-ME-UP: No caffeine, but everything else in this gives me a little pick me up. Probably the hydration factor. Nice in the morning or late afternoon. Because there’s no caffeine I can drink this before bed and wake up feeling hydrated and refreshed.- OVERALL WELLNESS:. I really do feel better when I drink this.PACKAGING: 3 Stars for the packaging because the packets are difficult to tear open. At home I just snip off the top of the packet with a pair of scissors. On-the-go they can be difficult to open. Great start to the day!
This is definitely the cleanest electrolytes I’ve seen and tasted! I love how it has apple cider vinegar in it. With a good shake with water, this mixes up easily and tastes great! I love how it comes in individual packets so it’s super easy on the go and for travelling. Although it is a little more expensive than some other electrolytes, it is a quality product. It is worth the extra few dollars. I would highly recommend these to anyone who needs to stay more hydrated, doesn’t love water and something easy to incorporate into their day. As the brand is called morning routine I like to start my day before drinking coffee to have this in 16-20 oz of water. I am hoping this will also help with my headaches as that was my initial reason for getting them and because I know I do not drink enough water throughout the day!

Refreshing and Cleansing Performance Boost
The Bad:I dropped a star for 2 reasons: this could be a little easier it mix. It doesn’t just dissolve. It’s very fine and sometimes clumps.Also, the packet doesn’t tear open easily. I wish there was a tub of these. I would still want the packet option for travel. I tear through a combo of packets the mornings I’m on the road. I save this one for last so I can kind of build up to it.The Good:This has a tart lemony taste. The vinegar is apparent but not unpleasant. I would potentially order this while out for a light breakfast if I could.As a runner that travels for work, the convenience and quality make this well worth the price. Home or hotel room- this helps hydrate, reset, regulate.The Dream:I pair this with another popular powered supplement that comes in a dark green tub/pouch. I wish these two would just have a baby together.

This is hands-down the cleanest flavored electrolyte supplement I have ever had. Not too salty, it’s light refreshing, and truly delicious!I have tried LMNT and several others, but the flavors are often too strong and taste artificial.This one has nothing weird in it—it tastes completely natural and yummm!
