Good but strong paint smell. so put it outside first before you use it
very good blackout curtain for my son dorm room. I strongly recommend opening the package & unfold the curtain, then put it outside for few hours in the backyard for the sun & fresh air to get rid of the strong paint smell brlefore you actually use it.

It makes your room very dark for privacy so it works very well.Heads up it will make the opposite side of the window look grey like if you place aluminum foil on the window
