Love!!!
I love these!!! They are just enough. I use one day as I workout. I chose this brand because it’s not loaded with so much unnecessary sodium, and mega nutrients that would overload my already supplemented body. The taste is fantastic. I use a blender bottle with ice and water. It mixes well, is not gritty, and is perfection in my opinion.I’ve reordered it, and it’s a staple now. The expiration dates are far out. Love!

I’ve tried a bunch of hydration powders, but this one is hands-down my favorite. The flavors—lemon, watermelon, pineapple, and variety—are all actually good (lemon and watermelon are my go-tos), and it mixes super easily without any weird clumps or aftertaste. I use it after workouts, during hot days, and honestly, it’s been a lifesaver for hangovers—drink one before bed and another in the morning and I’m back to normal. What I love most is that it hydrates fast without loading you up on sugar or junky additives like some other brands. It’s not too salty or too sweet (I usually mix it with 20oz of water), and the ingredients are clean enough that I feel good using it regularly. Got the POPSUGAR Electrolyte Hydration Drink Mix Packets, 18 Single-Serve Packs (Variety Pack), Zero Sugar Electrolytes Powder, Naturally-Flavored Water Enhancer, Non-GMO Powdered Drink Mix with Vitamin C. I was looking for a lower sugar option for workouts and hot days, and while I like how quickly they hydrate and the light flavors, I can’t get past the stevia taste and the aftertaste. Otherwise the ingredients seem to be of good quality. The packets are convenient and mix well in water without clumping, and they definitely do the job when it comes to replenishing electrolytes and energy. But for me, the stevia aftertaste lingers and takes away from the overall experience, so I probably wouldn’t reorder unless they came out with a version using natural sweetener like cane sugar or honey.

Love this! I just add it to my bottle of spring water and shake. Its great tasting with no after taste. Every flavor is my favorite! The best part is I feel great.

Great taste even with stevia
I want to start by saying that I’m not a fan of stevia at all, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tame it feels in these electrolytes mixes while still being effective. Stevia for me leaves that mouth coating feeling that you can’t shake off and you feel it as you’re breathing, idk but that’s how it is for me. It’s not strong and I don’t feel that as much in this and is a more pleasant artificial sweetener experience than I’m use to. Don’t get me wrong, you can still tell, it’s not overly sweet but the flavor is sweet enough. The lemonade is probably my favorite flavor of the bunch, with pineapple being the second. It does taste like a fresh pineapple, maybe boarder line canned sweet pineapple. And watermelon tastes like cut up watermelon with lime salt. Overall, super pleased with how great tasting it is and makes it easy to use and hydrate with. There is little settlement but it’s easy to dissolve with a good stirring and might be easier is in a shake bottle.
