Blip Quit Smoking Kit
Pros:- This kit could make a nice gift for someone trying to quit smoking or vaping.- It includes 2 packs of 4mg Fruity Blip Nicotine Gum, 1 pack of 4mg Mint Lozenges, a squeeze keychain, and Blue Raspberry Toothpicks. For $54.99, this seems like a decent value for a fairly good quality set.- The fruity and mint tastes are pretty decent. They don’t have a bad aftertaste like I was expecting.- These work to deliver nicotine in 4mg dosages.- The instructions indicate that you are meant to chew the gum until you feel a tingle, then let the gum rest between your cheek and gums until the tingle fades. That makes the gum last about 20-30 minutes.Cons:- The blister packs on the gum seem too thick. I struggled to get the gum out.- It feels a bit weird not to chew gum when it’s in my mouth, so I have to consciously remind myself not to chew.

Solid quit smoking kit
One thing I thought was funny, but others may find off putting was the “die another way” slogan printed on a sticker I got. I think it’s hilarious, but some might find it distasteful.For the gum, I found that it was fairly good, but I also like to leave nicotine gum parked in my gums overnight. This one, unfortunately, falls apart slightly. It seems like it loses its elasticity or something and just gets messed up. If I’m chewing it as normal, it’s fine, but if I chew it longer, trying to get as much as possible from it, then it falls apart before all the nicotine comes out.For the lozenges, I don’t think I’m moving them around as much as I should. I follow the instructions, move them when the tingle stops. By then, apparently, the lozenge has really absorbed a lot of spit and has layers coming off it. I think I need to move them more.I’ve tried a couple of the flavored toothpicks, and I don’t think they’re for me, personally. There’s nothing wrong with them, but I don’t find them appealing after trying them. I enjoy the flavor, but chewing on a toothpick is just something I’ve never really enjoyed. I think I may need a different outlet to avoid snacking and oral fixation.The kit, overall, gives you a good starting point, but it only gives you so long before you’ll need more. You need 10 pieces of gum PER DAY in the beginning of a quit and this kit has 40. You run out on day 4. That isn’t really conducive to a quit, especially after spending $50. The lozenges are a good support, but the gum is seriously lacking in quantity which, to me, makes the value on this not great. There’s a stress ball, which also helps, but going cold turkey fully isn’t for everyone, especially if you thought you’d have more time on the gum.

High nicotine content gum has questionable functionality in my opinion for actively quitting. They do help a lot to cut down cravings when you REALLY need it and can’t get outside though so it has its place.These packs of gum come in surprisingly tough blister packs that can be a bit frustrating.They work well though, the whole chewing a bit then waiting process can be a little difficult though, you want to just keep chewing automatically because of how you would usually use gum.The value for your money is fine, you get a fairly big package and it’s comparable to pouches or the like, and honestly a lot more pleasant to use.

Good variety and flavor, but not a good value at $55
You get 67 servings with this kit for $55. That’s paying a premium for what you get. On Amazon you can get 100 count packs of 4mg gum for less than $20. There are a lot of alternatives to gum that are much cheaper as well such as nicotine pouches.I really like the lozenges. If you tuck one in your upper lip it will last a LONG time (up to an hour). That’s pretty impressive.The gum has a good flavor.The toothpicks and squishy star didn’t really do anything for me.If the price was less than $25 then I think this would be a decent value. At $55 I would pass.

Effective gum for quitting nicotine
I had a vaping addiction for awhile until a few years ago when I started using nicotive pouches to try and get off of vaping. This worked really well and made it easy to quit vaping.. however, i then became just as addicted to using nicotine pouches as I was to vaping. When I came across this product, I thought this might be more effective as helping me quick nicotine for good.So far, I have enjoyed the flavors for the most part. The fruit freeze flavor tastes great and the mint is nice too, especially is helps to freshen up my breath at the same time. The lozenges are pretty good as well- all at a reasonable 4mg of nicotine each. For me, 4mg is a good level to help me cut back on nicotine because it is slightly less than the 6mg nicotine pouches that I am used to, but still just enough to help cut back on cravings. If it were a bit higher, I don’t think it would do much to reduce my reliance on nicotine. If it were lower (2mg) I don’t think it would do anything to combat my cravings. I like that they also sell the 2mg variety too- so that eventually I can go down to the 2mg variety, then hopefully be able to quit full turkey.Overall this is an effective product for reducing nicotine cravings. The flavors are nice and it is priced reasonably compared to nicotine pouches. I would recommend this for anything that has been struggling with quitting any form of nicotine.
