Not a Well Thought Out Product Solution
I was being generous with a 3 rating and I’ll tell you why it’s not a 5 like I’d rather it was First off, I am quite experienced in this sort of thing after 48 years in Electronics and also the Computer industry.. The manual for this product directs you to go out to the App Store to download a non-existent application called “Wind Recorder”. This app then becomes the via agent for any communication between your PC, Laptop, or Mac by temporarily changing the networking configuration on your device to be functional with the camera. So, at first I planned to temporarily skip using that method of getting the videos to my PC, being that 2 more solid(but less desirable methods) to try. However, I found myself back in the rabbit hole looking for the sequence of keystrokes necessary within the limited number of keys to work with. I never got a chance to verify if the test video I did while shooting pool was any good or if I needed to make more modifications to my plan of attacking the deficiencies of the design of this product. I’ve decided to review some of the more expensive cameras that actually looked like they’d work while I was satisfied with the more impressive cameras and their functional capability of doing exactly what I need it to do which is to make videos and then pre-review them on the camera before transferring them where they can be viewed on a much larger screen.In all honesty, this would have been a very good Beta Product to learn what mistakes I won’t make involving the product before I put it out to market. Honestly the phone package was neat and fit in the shirt pocket real well. The neat thing, it sort of looks like a robot with no legs.

Not useable without WiFi
The item itself is great BUT the downfall is that it requires an app in order to connect to WiFi in order to record. The app does not exit which renders it useless! Otherwise it would be a amazing little device

shooting video is easy enough but i dont want the video showing on the camera side. i want to be able to hold the camera and see what im shooting…. however the instructions stink and i dont want to spin the camera around and break it . the instructions are terrible it was cheap but CHEAP isnt what i hoped for…

Perfect gift
I got it as a birthday present for my BF. He absolutely loves it and it’s a great addition when he doesn’t want to take his large camera with him. It’s definitely worth the buy when capturing those special moments.
