Terrific – finally!
Osteoporosis and lower back spine mess here. Love this pillow. I’ve searched forever and wasted money trying to find a lumbar pillow that didn’t poke into me – they’re all too high/too hard, like being draped over a log. This one’s flatter but adequately supportive and very comfortable, melds gently to my body – just right for back and side sleeping and reclining . I seem to use it for all sorts of propping and wish I had several.

I didn’t expect such rapid improvement in comfort and sleep
This is a great product. I no longer have to use 2-3 bed pillows to keep me aligned. I had a spinal fusion at L4-5 and was having trouble sleeping. This pillow had substantially improved my comfort and sleep quality . I’m also hoping it will assist in preventing issues at other lumbar spaces. This pillow has exceeded my expectations .

Lombard pillow
I ordered the lumbar pillow for my pinched sciatic nerve. It’s somewhat helped it. I still have the pinched nerve, but a pillow can’t take that away. It’s gotta go away on its own. I somewhat like the pillow it keeps the sciatic nerve from being pushed on, but I’m a short person and I find myself sliding forward on the cushion, so that’s my only complaint is that I can’t sit back in the chair the way I want to I have to kind of lean back and that’s not good for your posture

great for lower back support…soft but still firm enough to provide support
I have a problems with tight psoa muscles, which cause low back pain. This provides my lower back with support while I sleep but is soft and comfortable.

Fine but there are better alternatives
I got this for pregnancy to help support my back while sleeping. it was decently comfortable. the thickness is fine for its purpose. i don’t think the price is appropriate. it’s honestly an unnecessary addition to your house.

Great for those with low arch in back
I think when it comes to pillows like these it’s a personal preference. If you’ve bought lumbar pillows and they arched your back way too much then this might be the pillow for you. It’s not too thick or high. The quality is great. The pillow cover is cool to the touch. It’s comfortable and perfect for those who don’t need high arch support.

Not recommended
I thiught i’d give it a couple of tries before making a review. After using it for a while, 1 it’s too dang high so my back is higher than my shoulders! I thiught maybe it’s how it should be. But no! It only bent my back further! It hurts much worse now? Uncomfortable and after a week! I couldn’t continue it. Just too bad i forgot to return it!
