Prepare Lightning McQueen for the next competition with the Disney and Pixar Cars Color Changers Race Ready Car Wash playset!
The set includes 1 Color Change Lightning McQueen toy car that shifts colors when dunked in very warm and icy cold water.
Drive up the ramp to raise the green flag, then slide the Rusteze button to move Lightning McQueen to the middle of the set to start the wash.
Fill the overhead Piston Cup with very warm water and pour it on Lightning McQueen. Watch him change through the translucent window that also prevents splashes and spills!
Slide the button to the end of the wash where the platform raises to launch the star racer through the buffers and across the finish line.
Dunk Lightning McQueen in the icy cold water bucket to return to his original colors. Water drains into the warm water bucket that’s in the set’s base for no-mess play and easy clean-up.
To amp up the fun, the set can connect to other Cars tracks and playsets so that kids can build an open-ended world of storytelling possibilities.

Little boys LOVE car washes!
Every little boy I know LOVES to play “car wash”! This toy entertained my grandsons for hours many different times. It’s a reasonable price considering how much the boys enjoy it. There isn’t a lot of pieces to put together. It assembles quickly and easily. We’ve had it for a few years and recently passed it along to a younger cousin who adores it! I think that speaks to its durability. It’s not a big toy that takes up a lot of space either which is GREAT! It’s a very cute design and so much fun! Any toy that’s reasonably priced, durable, entertaining and buys a busy mom some time to get some other things done is worth buying!

Great Fun, But Could Use a Few Tweaks
The Mattel Disney Pixar Cars Color Changers Car Wash Playset is a fun and interactive toy that brings a lot of joy to my kids. The color-changing feature is the star of the show, watching Lightning McQueen change color when he drives through the water is always a hit. The car wash setup is easy to assemble, and the design is colorful and playful, just like the movie.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the water temperature change doesn’t always work as quickly or as vividly as I had hoped. Sometimes it takes a little longer for Lightning McQueen to change colors, which can be a bit frustrating for younger kids with shorter attention spans.

The color changing hardly works. The water is never cold enough and only makes the car patchy colored.This is definately and outside toy as water spills through the bottom.
