Great light blocking product
Easy to install. Make sure you go by the instructions. I have solar lights on my new deck that are outside my bedroom windows. I have valances and blinds on my windows. I wanted to keep my current window coverings and this works great for me. It keeps out the brightness from the deck lights. I would buy it again as it seems to be a good quality for the price. Time will tell.

Installation was so easy. Just make sure you have a partner to help you. Light blocking is amazing the magnet strength is good just make sure to leave it on before putting the other magnet so I can block. Quality and functionality is great

Works but not pretty
The material is basically a thin tarp and it’s grey on one side. Does the job I needed it to do but wouldn’t use in any setting where appearance matters. Absolutely blacks out the area. The included mounting solutions work very well. Nice strong magnets.

Works Great
The material is on the thin side, but it works great. Was easy to put up. I put it under the blinds that are up. It blocks most of the light from the window in the hallway. The sun shines on the front of my house most of the day, so it gets hot in the hallway from that window, and that’s where the thermostat is. It is a lot cooler and my thermostat is not coming on as much. I like the fact that during the cooler months when I want to open the windows it is simple to take down, fold it up, and put away until I need it later.

Reducess heat and light
I was camped in a rather hot location with my big bedroom window facing southeast. It had sun on it all day long, and the heat coming in was unbelievable. I measured and cut a piece to put in that big window. I put four of the magnets across the top and three across the bottom and one in the middle of each side. Putting the little pieces of metal on the other side to hold it in place was easy enough. It has kept a lot of the heat out of that room, and as a bonus, has keep a huge amount of light out of the room, too. It’s nice and cozy in there now. I do wish I’d cut it about 1/2″ wider so the sides would have no light peeking through.

Would not purchase again, there are better options out there
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The product does block light but this is not a black out alternative. The way they make you hang the magnets leaves a space between with wall and the sheet…even with leaving the 2inches on each side. I am leaving it up because I already cut the fabric, which the provided cutter does a good job. i am also going to be buying black tape to seal the edges off though.
